JM has actually applied for 400,000 shares on the open offer..If he can only afford those number of shares on his high salary for nearly 20 years then he seriously needs to get a financial adviser to look at where he is spending his monthly salry. Or was he telling us a porky pie!!

When he said that I was flabergasted. With his huge salary his been on for nearly 20 years surely he has a huge amount of savings or he must have some very high monthly outgoings....or was he telling us a porky pie!!!!

The open offer document states :

The net proceeds of the Placing at the minimum deal size are expected to enable Quadrise to operate until 28 February 2024. The Placing proceeds will also support the Company's business development activities, enabling progress with bioMSAR Zero development and in other key markets such as the Americas.

They should easily raise £0.75m out of the maximum open offer of £2.25m to keep funding going to 30th June 2024

I am hoping the open offer take up is about 50-60% so the BOD realise they have lost a lot of credibility and that they now have to get in the real world and not keep moving project milestones from one quarter to another as they have done for the last 2 years.

I totally disgaree with that. As he knew at the time it was still in planning he should of not stated it was imminent. You need to stop dressing all things up as a positive.

Testing of the optical combustion properties and engine wear of bioMSAR™ in December was completed by Wärtsilä Services Switzerland ("Wärtsilä"). Based on this testing, Wärtsilä recommended a further hazard identification and operability study ("HAZOP") to assess feasibility and safe operability prior to use on a Wärtsilä 2-stroke engine.

So HAXOP is a study not a test!!!

Good lord talk about being pickety.Ok not a hazop test but a hazop exercise. My point is he said in the proactive interview in June it was imminent but then in the IC he stated it was being planned!!!

AKHM...If that was the case why would JM state the HAZOP test is imminent in the last proactive interview in June ? Iam sure he just gets carried away at times.

Still being planned how can you state it will be completed early Q323 and in the June proactive interview state it is imminent ?

I can see why they swerved this question and did not add this to the Q&A. You cannot state something is imminent if it is still being planned.

Our MMU's were left in excellent condition in readiness for storage, however they will be tested and overhauled as necessary prior to field deployment.

MSC Bremerhaven is now out of drydock and moored nearby. She was in drydock for 33 days so a lot of work would of been done with a scrubber fitted hopefully. I am betting she has been painted the same colours as MSC Leandra.

MSC Leandra now starts it's journey to the USA.If only our fuels agreements and supplies had been ready on time our trial would have started.

We are currently targeting early H1 2024 for commencement of the trial. As mentioned above, when the company is in a position to provide further material updates, it will do so through RNS and social media channels.SO EARLY H12024 IS GOOD NEWS

Q20: When exactly is the next slot for the Morocco test?

The Morocco plant operates on a campaign basis and we will get approximately one week's notice of test resumption.SO COULD START IN JULY

Q28: With regard to the LONO trial could you please clarify the discrepancy between QEDs mention of "vessel" and MSCs mention of "vessels".

QED's focus today is concluding agreements to supply trial volumes of MSAR then bioMSAR to the Leandra asap. The plan is then to incorporate other vessels from MSC's growing fleet, but we cannot provide further details at this time.SO EVENTUALLY MORE THAN 1 VESSEL

Q29: Does the cash runway take into account potential receipts from Valkor?

Yes, the runway is calculated on the basis of the cash from Valkor being received as planned.THIS IS NOT A 100% GIVEN SO SHOULD THEY INCLUDE IT ?

Our expectation is during the next few months, to enable the trial to commence early H1'24. THEY HAVE BEEN SAYING A FEW MONTHS ALL YEAR

Q83: Recent guidance for LONO is H1 2024 while the OO circular states the LONO will be well underway by 28th February 2024. Why is one version specific and other rather vague?

We expect the POC and subsequent LONO trials will commence early H1'24, however this is contingent on signing the trial supply agreements asap, installing and commissioning the equipment, and ensuring all of the permitting is in place during the remainder of 2023. Assuming a take-up of at least £0.65m through the Open Offer, the Company expects to have sufficient funds through to the end of June 2024.ONLY £0.65M FROM OPEN OFFER NEEDED TOT AKE US TO JUNE 24.
