I think it may be this extract that is being referred to: From The Investment Management Report on Page 9 of the Interims (six months to October 31st), it reads, "Overall, despite such weak share prices over the half year, the prospects for most of the Trust’s holdings have not deteriorated. There were, however, some relatively isolated examples where prospects did deteriorate, such as Pressure Technologies, Quadrise Fuel and Lamprell, and these holdings have been sold. Collectively, these three investments detracted 2.1% from the portfolio returns in the period."

Why do you think they sold Quadrise shares when thery state the 'prospects deteriotaed' ?

Good lord.They had held the shares for over a year and no progress had been made.No doubt they thought the same for the near future so they sold.They were right as since they have sold nothing material has happened.Whatever way you dress it up they sold due to a damn bad performance before they sold and and expected the same after they sold.

Vince...I recall that agreement with the agent in Morocco expired in Dec 2022.

They did isolate Quadrise and stated prospects detiorated. In laymans terms they are stating the performance of the company is diabolical.

On taptalk...80% plus said they would not put any money into future funding as things stand regarding projects.

Jez01...Don't be suprised if we hear nothing at all regarding Morocco and Utah by 30th June.

I know it was after the Quadrise AGM when JM stated they met all the targets expected from them!!!

Fyoz...do your research. They stated they sold QFI due to the performance of the company.It is in black and white.

I can't see who would invest as QFI has never delivered and continues to move project milestones from qtr to qtr. This is why Premier Miton sold out. I actually think our mangement have become rather deluded. The only way they will get funding is by completing key project milestones IMHO.

I feel soorry for those that got misled by Rmart on ADVFN who for years spun a story about TOM. Why on earth would an organisation provide funding to a company that has not got drilling permits.

I believe there will be sea trials to check all is ok from the drydocking before the POC commences with Msar/BioMsar. I wonder how long these initial sea trials will take.

Do we know how long the sea trials will take ? 2 weeks rings a bell.

It is only 8 weeks until the end of Q223. There needs to be plenty of substantial news in that 8 weeks on project milestones otherwise funding will become a huge problem.

Many will say 8 weeks is plenty of time but remember we have had no substantial news on projects in the last 200 weeks.

Vince....as JM has been telling us for the last few years regarding Morocco 'the team are ready to go'.

Our chairman also mentioned the Ukraine war also had an impact!!!
