Despite the immediate and cost-effective carbon reductions that bioMSAR™ can offer we recognise that the requirement for net-zero carbon fuel solutions is becoming increasingly urgent. Our RDI strategy is now focused on the delivery of a commercially viable net-zero 'bioMSAR Zero' solution by 2030. As part of this exercise, we continue to work with Vertoro and other strategic partners to investigate the use of crude sugar oils (CSO™) and associated waste biofuel products as an alternative water-based, lower cost, and abundant biofuel feedstock for bioMSAR™. This work has now successfully progressed to diesel engine testing at Aquafuel, with results expected early in Q2 2023.

These results should be announced soon.

The business update states :

Morocco - The industrial demonstration test is now scheduled to commence in May following finalisation of the client's latest production schedule. Quadrise personnel are now at the client site completing trial preparation, with results expected shortly after completion of testing and joint review with the client. Upon success, the parties will enter discussions for potential commercial supply, with a view to signing a fuel supply agreement in Q3 2023.

We have previously been told the Morocco trial takes 2 weeks :

Week 1 - preparation for the trial

Week 2 - actual trial

We are now in week 1 as we are told the quadrise team are at site for preparation I would expect week 2 to start this weekend or very early next week so it should be complete by the end of May. I would estimate it would take approx 2 weeks to assess the results so we should have an announcement by mid June.

Dusto...us shereholders knew the drilling permits had not been approved and that MSC Leandra has left dry docking so you would expect the company to know. However you dress it up they made two basic and important errors. Now lets move on.

The bottom line is you are a professional company you make sure ther detail in your RNS's is 100% accurate.

DGDG....Don't you think that if they contacted MSC and they stated it was in drydock they would not mention it is about to leave drydock. It is quite simple to me they made a schoolboy error or blatantly lied.

DGDG1..A possibility but the error of stating MSC Leandra is in drydocking is shocking.

You have to ask yourself are these human errors in the RNS's or blatant lies. I get the impression it is the latter.

How they make such basic errors in the rns's is totally beyond me. Totally amatuer.

I am assuming it is another SB related company as it clearly states the drilling permits were awarded early May so in the last 2 weeks.

Utah....Following the award of drilling permits to Valkor covering their Asphalt Ridge site in early May 2023, the supply of the licence and manufacturing unit will allow low sulphur heavy oil with a lower carbon intensity to be blended to MSAR® and bioMSAR™ for trials during H2 2023, ahead of commercial supply in Q1 2024.

So Valkor got the drilling permits. I thought there was a meeting later in May for the permits decision or is this more Tomco related ?

Exavctly it is a one off sale and not commercial revenue over a contracted period. Misleading to shareholders.

46G...Yes but in the interims it stated finalsing test agreement in Q223. Now it states progressing.Big difference there.

The only good news is thr Morocco trial starts this month assuming it actually will.

Quadrise has recently signed a Letter of Intent with a central American power provider outlining plans for a commercial test of MSAR® and bioMSAR™ at the provider's power plant. Discussions are ongoing and the Company expects a Test Agreement to be finalised during Q2 2023 ahead of a site trial followed by entry into a Fuel Supply Agreement upon success.

Noi mention of this in the business update today.

The vessel is currently in dry dock being prepared for testing, which is now expected to commence in Q4 2023.'

We know the vessel has left dry dock and I assume by testing they mean the POC ?

It is just a copy and paste with the dates extended. Pathetic.

I actually think the BOD would have a ruddy cheek asking PI's for funds if there has been no material progress considering after previous calls for funds they have achieved naff all.

Yes Vince we have been told they have been working hard for years. I just wish there had also been quality aswell.
