Why is it worrying ?

The worrying bit for me is that on 23rd Feb we were told :

As a result, the Company is now finalising the trial schedule with the client and anticipates fuel trials to commence prior to the end of Q1 2023.

On thr 29th March we were then told the same thing but with the start date of the trial expected to be April. If the client was that keen it would have been finalised within a few weeks after the 23rd Feb.

Looks like the SP will be sub 0.20p next week.

Thats's if the company is still tradijg in Q124 Vince. At this rate funding will be a miracle.

The SP is not far from 1p and could quite easily go under 1p.

I know it's QED but i prefer QFI as we have known it to be that for over 18 years. Not a big issue.

The Non Exec directors should also be challenged in relation to the poor performanc of the company. Phillip Snaith and Laurence Mutch have earned about £750k each since they havn on the board and whatever input they have made has resulted in nothing. Personally i would request that they depart.

As things stand at the moment QFI would not be able to get enough funding. Very few PI's would invest and II's would not touch it with a barge pole. Most companies would have demoted JM by now as he has delivered nothing since he has been the CEO. QFI need to make substantial progress in projects to get funding, If JM does not realise this then he is deluded.

The final results stated :

We know that QFI are the masters of own goals but if it come to the IMC call and still nothing has happened this will be the mother of own goals. JM's integrity as a CEO will have to be questioned.

Vince...On taptalk Dustonification (I think that's his name) assured Aussie One Morocco is not a scam. How he knows this I do not know. Maybe he knows somebody that works in customs in Casablanca.

To put things into perspective we are a third of the way into 2023 and so far the most significant RNS update on project milestones is that some of our fuel has left customs.

Indeed Vauch and I will predict below 0.2p in the next few months. The bottom line is JP is very unlikely to get the funding and he is just delaying the inevitable. If he does get the funding in will be a miracle.
