Vince you may have a valid point about Morocco. We are told :

'concluding scheduling discussions' - They stated the exact same thing in the Feb business update.

I totally agree.Taptalk did a poll and 80% of private investors said they would not contribute to a further fund raising. I don't see any II's touching this with a barge poll.No projercts have materially changed from over a year ago. They would have to have commercial contracts in place to change this.

MSC - The preparatory work to enable the Letter Of No Objection ("LONO") fuel trials of both bioMSAR™ and MSAR® on board the MSC Leandra is ongoing. Quadrise is in discussions with potential feedstock suppliers, with the intention to conclude Tripartite Agreements with a fuel supplier and MSC as soon as possible in order to commence commercial-scale Proof-of-Concept and 4000-hour LONO trials in H2 2023. The trials themselves are expected to take nine months to conclude.



The MSC Leandra is scheduled for dry-dock during April-May 2023, during which time it will be inspected and installed with equipment designed to reduce emissions and improve vessel efficiency. The vessel, formerly the Seago Istanbul, was previously used to conduct a successful MSAR® trial. The emulsion fuel booster unit already on board has been inspected and will be upgraded and tested in readiness for use, so the vessel preparation required for the trial is minimal.

So the POC will not take place until H223 and the LONO will take 9 months where we were originally told 6-9 months.No mention of the terminal method to produce the fuel.

Either way when at the AGM they were confident about cash flows they got it very very wrong.

£2.6 million in cash reserves at 31 December 2022 (31 December 2021: £5.6 million).

We are told the monthly spend is £230k so this would techinically last until November which we expected. They are obviously expecting revenues to come in much later than they forecast.

i think the main reason they have delayed the investors conference call is because they would get slaughtered.They are just moving everything into a further quarter once again.

Each of the Company's key projects in the marine, upstream and industrial sectors continue to progress with further milestones expected to be passed in Q2 and the second half of 2023. Quadrise's strategy remains to focus on these key projects, as detailed below, which provide the fastest and most material pathways to commercialisation. The Company still expects to deliver commercial revenues in the current financial year, although further funds will be required to see every key project through to commercialisation.

It is unbelievable how they get project milestone completion so wrong every quarter. They have done nothing for their credibility once again.

The MSC Leandra schedule is now showing arrival at Dalion on Saturday 2pm with no further destinations afterwards. This must confirm the drydocking is at Dalion as we expected.

Totally agree Vince. The new Kuwait also. The Americas possible projecta will just fizzle out over time.

On 23rd Feb we were told :

As a result, the Company is now finalising the trial schedule with the client and anticipates fuel trials to commence prior to the end of Q1 2023.

I think there will be a lot of disappointed holders if the trial has not started yet. Personally I am confident it has started and that the assay results will be announed soon.

So a week today she will be in drydock. We could create our own RNS's !!!

I was under the assumption that as soon as the dry docking was complete the trials would start once the ship got to it's starting point of the route eg Rotterdam.As you say hopefully the results clarify this.

This is the MSC Leandra which should be ready to start the trial in May.
