JD are innovators in everything they can control, mainly marketing & shopping experience. They have created a destination, part of youth culture, globally. Best in class, without a doubt.

Now unless JD drop the ball massively, they simply cannot be caught. They can’t get complacent…..but they are streets ahead of rivals, in every territory they operate in.

2.8m shares purchased. Highest daily volume so far? JD’s broker conceding they can’t see it going much lower? 🤷🏻‍♂️

Would it be telling if today’s RNS buyback report is a much higher volume than normal? 🤷🏻‍♂️

Purely speculation at this stage, I understand that. However, what is the normal procedure, a bid is made, and you have a specified time to sell your shares at that price, or keep hold of them? Is that right? Like has been mentioned below, can you hold on in the hope of going higher?

I’ve held many shares but never whilst a bid came in. I’m sure others would be interested to know too.

JD Sports has unveiled its first Canadian flagship store marking a bold step in its North American expansion strategy.

Located on Robson Street, one of the city’s premier shopping destinations, the new store blends JD’s global identity with cutting-edge retail design. The flagship features digital lightboxes, exclusive brand drops, a “digital portal” entrance, and branded shop-in-shops for the likes of Nike and Adidas.

I had a brand quite recently in JD, fully aware of the supply chain, I was more meaning the stock sat waiting to ship, the JD (and others) have a liability on. Undoubtedly they will look to move future production, but I was simply meaning the immediate term stock that JD is relying on.

The problem being is that JD will be looking to Ship chinese goods around now for June/July Q3 (fashion Year Q3) new season product. I imagine all is currently paused, much later and airfreight is the only option at huge cost....
