crew is busy in Q3 so unless something happens very very fast - nothing is likely to happen till Q4

I think some people are awaiting further details. Getting the crew to start work before petrochina use them 'early Q3' is a very tight timeframe - not to mention the election in the way too. It would be great to get it going this fast but will it actually happen?

Why buy now if nothing is going to happen till Q4? - that is what is holding back the pile in IMHO. Need details on the work contract and timescales.

Things never go up in a straight line continuously. We had a good little run, it was bound to turn. With further news incoming I do not think personally it will fall all the way back - IMHO it will stay above 0.55 with the old resistance ceiling becoming the new floor as they say. Likely go sideways in the range 0.55 - 0.60 for a week or so. Then rise again on any rumour and even faster on actual news.

That is in terms of daily charts - if you have any doubts where it is going - switch to a weekly chart and have a look at that instead. Nice ongoing uptrend since February.

Took me a while to learn that though. Made many mistakes 2020-22 when I started investing and still make a wrong trade here and there - its all part of the game and why you need to be pragmatic.

I did not buy in right on the IPO here myself - had too many failures doing that, loads of them just crash out the block as the bug guys who got in before the IPO cash out. I watch it and see where it goes first. My first trade here was at 1.75 and I sold at 2.40 - which gave me a nice set up for investing longer term.

Then and now I still like the idea of this company.

Thing is he only sees the negatives on a share he is not even invested in. Why post so much wise words and warnings on a share you have no interest in? You really think he is doing this from the goodness of his heart?

Here's a little tip on low caps - don't buy in and sit and wait on it forever. This is not a FTSE dividend payer. You need to buy in and out, you need to keep close eye on it, you need to be pragmatic and flexible. If you do want to stay in long term - you still need to buy in and out - build up a free ride.

Correct charting can not predict the future. It can help you identify trends and find opportune buy in timings - but of course nothing is 100% accurate.

It is a tool like any other and it has helped me out far more than it hinders me. If you don't like it or understand it, don't use it - that is fine too. Whatever works for you.
