I know what you mean. Had a guy on POLY the other day saying he has dropped over £400,000 in value
but that was just on POLY - I would imagine he would have 20+ companies within his SIPP portfolio
almost made me sick lol!!!

My portfolio is on the very risky side - and will remain so for next 5 years, then gradually switch to more dividend payers

if a few of the investments come good next 2/3 years, HE1 included, then maybe just maybe I will have that kind of giggle money too!

my personal *** packet guesstimates worked on price of 25 mill for the diamonds ( increasing on the 2010 figure) and SP going to 1.3p
but would not expect that share price just yet, as we have not received the diamonds yet alone got the true valuation

some peoples huge guesses on the price of the diamonds is just ludicrous

my bigger hope is that it does mean we are on the path to getting the mining of them back on track

no offence but that is complete rubbish
for a long term investor, the blip of the last few days is completely irrelevant ( other than a chance to top up if funds were available) it was - still remains - a question of where will it be in 3-5 years

it's rising due to being pumped on the back of the diamonds RNS, with 2 possible outcomes IMHO

A. we get the verdict, we get the diamonds, they are worth good money, market cap at least doubles.

B. it was an RNS released to spike the SP before yet another placing - and we are stuck in the mud for even longer with a lot of new people joining us - followed by the diamonds only being worth it for use in a drill

but due to previous issues - we can't quite fully believe it 100% IMHO

A. yup I 'm satisfied with the content of the RNS. I was not expecting anything from it, not much more to say until the plant is actually operational IMHO

B. yup I'm satisfied with the market response as the price has not plummeted like it often does after news. Was not expecting any major rise as there was no new news really except the assay results. I've been happy with the regular little updates from the tweets.

With all best intentions builds are often hit with unexpected issues and delays. I suspect there has been some minor issues, hence people working through the Christmas period and 24/7 to keep things on track. I was expecting it to get delayed by couple of month to be honest. Looks like GR doing everything possible to get it out of the ground as soon as he can.

Personally think people are still a bit nervous about possible delays, which is keeping SP capped. Once plant is operational and that first shipment gets sent, all bets are off and expecting the rerate to begin in earnest.

The interesting thing for me to see was the market response. Where was the usual massive AIM sell on news? Just shows how much people believe there is a lot more to come and even the usual mass sellers dare not be out of this at the moment.

it gapped up on open.
not very surprising to see it drift back down to fill the gap.
likely to rise back up a bit during the afternoon.

important thing on the bigger picture, is to see the nice steady rise from October continuing
