They can only proceed to fruition if canmax do indeed continue to walk away

then with the clock ticking, can a new deal get through discussion, the lawyers and red tape, before the deadline to pay canmax?

just ask look at kod - how long does lawyers, red tape and admin take to get a deal signed, is 90 days enough? Yes its completely different situation but it shows deals can take a lot longer than you would anticipate - and THAT is why he needs the headroom

the large placing ( if it actually happens as a last resort ) will be used to pay off canmax, prem will still be left with little money and unable to payback GR

Surely he will not be paid back until plant is fully operational and producing and the company has income. At which point the SP will start flying.

dodgy doings, 2022 revenue should have been USD9.7 million and not USD24 million as previously reported. Bookings should have been USD11.4 million, instead of USD127 million

T212 seems slow with this today, no movement as though it was not relisted

Its a good live pricing and charting tool if nothing else!

I trade using my bank account too but it is just awful! so T212 helps me track and chart, then I can do the actual buy with my bank

I generally don't do trades at such small values, however a lot of people do, the free trade platforms have been a godsend for people who would otherwise be unable to be able to trade. If you only have £100 quid spare the fees make it virtually impossible to trade

I sometimes end up with fractional shares however by accident and my ocd brain hates seeing them😂

so I occasionally put a buy or a sell in for eg 2.467621 shares to get myself rounded off so ends up as a tiny value trade

Not to mention AI trading programs that will continually buy and sell of your behalf

as a last resort GR can do a large raise to make the payment, yes large dilution but it keeps the company going

if you vote no...what would happen then? You have voted against the last resort

This is why canmax changed there mind last minute in the vote last time. They do not want us to have this option, they want us to bend over backwards and accept whatever crappy offers they come up with
