If you listen to and believe yourself, rather than being too concerned about the price, then its time to buy.

I see it as a great opportunity, and my thoughts on the price are that there are no business models for the analysts to base the business on, so they are therefore reluctant to commit until they see the proof of the pudding.

That to me is where the opportunity lies.
The second we get to hear of another batch of new customers, the price will gain a significant percentage from here as will the moment that they can show the rapid rate of income growth . ( I don't think that's more than a month away)
I am as certain as I ever have been, that within three months this share price will be higher than it is today.

Looking at current user uptake of the concession partners, it wont be long before Immotion are making some serious profit.
The beauty of the business is the low costs to the business once the installations have paid for their initial costs.
Similar to printers getting money from repeated ink sales.
An absolute no brainer for me, and I am extremely confident of a decent price rise from here.

We do need to hear of sales around 40 headset installations a month from here on in if they are going to reach their targets.

If in a couple of years they are struggling, they can get rid of most of the staff and ride the contracts out without incurring too much in the way of costs whilst getting continuing revenues in.
The business will have a residual value come what may !

I don’t think many people have caught on to the maths yet.
They have found the perfect customer type and simply need to go and reproduce it in the thousands of similar venues across the globe.
Once the installation costs are out of the way, it’s like a cash point machine.
It’s easy to see where the money is going to come from and the share is an absolute steal at these prices.
Ironically companies selling the dream of finding gold and oil seem to attract far more interest from punters.
I know where I would rather be invested .

Since those figures are based on average headset revenues for aquariums, why not assume the same figures ?

Based on current aquarium figures (gross average revenue per headset increases to circa £18,200 per annum (£1,517 per month).then in order to reach breakeven of £240k per month , they would need just 159 headsets.
A huge marketing push into this type of customer will take them into profit extremely quickly.
I see they have employed a marketing company to help with this push and it should be an easy sale.
The numbers are there in plain sight for all to see.

Why the word “ ballistic “ was used, was because they are reporting that between 9 and 14 per cent of their visitors are having a go.

That equates to around £1600 per headset per week.

Simply incredible numbers and easy to replicate in other aquariums and zoos.

The hundred he was talking about , was to show the effect of making a hundred extra per week per unit,
The art is to entice as many users as possible as it has a huge effect on income.
In effect , if they could do £450 per week when they had a thousand units instead of £350 , then sales would go up to 23.4 million

Its one of the easier types of business to see how they are doing and where they are heading !

Another quick calc.
If they hit 10 mill profit next year, then EPS would be about 3.5p.
Average P/E ratio is about 20 which equates to 70 pence per share.

Add in the growth factor and it could have a much higher P/E
Happy to be corrected, and even more happy to be proved right in a years time .

Neck on the line
They must be turning over of at least £5 million at the moment.
End of next year £18 mill
Profit around 10 mill
Valuation ......Have not got a clue, but at multiples of this price, and its about as safe a bet as you could possibly have on a share at the moment .
Worst case scenario would be no new sales, revenue stuck at 7 mill and they keep a handful of staff on to run the business.
(And that's not going to happen )
