Nor would they be able to get a salesman there, or an installation team at the moment.

Assuming the world keeps turning, It’s probably one of the best positioned businesses to recover quickly as its a switch off switch on scenario and hasn’t had the massive overheads that many other businesses have suffered.

Why the sudden rise on no news ?

I would suspect that results due out will show great numbers prior to the virus appearing and ruining it for the time being.
Wouldn't be surprised if a Chinese company took a gamble and tried to pick this up on the cheap before the world starts turning again.

It may be the case that one of the larger groups takes a punt (If any have cash reserves) and with a long term plan, buys the company on the cheap .

Reluctantly inclined to agree with you.
Its going to be a long road back unless they find a cure pretty quickly.
Saying that, I think they could simply wrap up the company and keep the infrastructure until times hopefully get better.
Looking at the way this is effecting every corner of the globe, I think there is a chance things could get very messy indeed.
I cant for the life of me see how there will not be a catastrophic effect on the financial world as I don't know a single person who hasn't been financially affected.

I have never questioned the business model, however the alarming rate of spread and increase in deaths across Europe and the rest of the world, suggest to me that the pandemic is going to get far worse and have a far greater effect than we are currently seeing.

If they find a cure or a vaccine I’m happy to pile back in.

With the press talking up the possibility of further lockdowns, it’s a very risky time to be in this market.

Since the virus is spreading exponentially , perhaps we can re visit this conversation in a months time when the picture will be far clearer.

My mate owns a fine food service that supplies the airlines, his business is 30 per cent down this month.

Another mate owns an agricultural equipment company in S Africa. His business is also creaking.

Can’t do the sales, and can’t get the stock.

Across the board, there are loads of horror stories, and the repercussions will hit everyone in the pocket.

As a result, the leisure industry as a whole is going to be very hard hit.

That’s not me painting Armageddon .

Our NHS is already stretched to capacity, nd it won’t cope with thousands of new cases.

No one is saying Immotion can’t recover eventually , but right now they are going to start struggling.

I was hyper positive before the world became paranoid about the virus.
Like it or not, it will have a negative effect on the companies performance for at least the time being.
How you can possibly think that virus proof youngsters will simply trundle off to the aquarium for a jolly day out without their parents is beyond me.

I have sold a lot of my holding, and won’t be getting back in unless the virus situation gets under control.

It really depends of the state of pandemonium that the virus brings.

Ultimately, if no one is living a normal outdoors life, then VR is going to struggle until things get back to normal .

Rather than the business being a worry, what’s happing in the world is.

Ultimately, it’s not impossible that public venues become ghost towns and you would have to take that into consideration if you want to hold on to this share.

On the upside, if things get back to normal, then ultimately it’s a cheap share.

As Immotion relies on high levels of public outings , I am concerned that they might see a dip in user numbers over the short term due to the virus issues.
I wish they would announce break even before the entire population snuffs it.
Seeing news pictures of people lying on Sun beds with masks on, did make me chuckle this morning.
