I would be inclined to agree. There is little point over spending on non productive jobs when they are struggling with cash flow. I find it baffling as to why the company is being run the way it appears to be.

Thanks nocashqxl We shall see what happens. Surely the customer list must be worth more than the current market cap. (Unless they have more problems concerning over estimating use age )

Who knows when they will announce any results ? It seems that the current management has a habit of being late with everything.

If the company can’t be bothered to update the markets after this horrific fall in the share price, then my guess is that it’s all gone ti*ts up and they can’t be bothered to follow normal protocol.

I can’t see how they could possibly raise equity when it is glaringly obvious that the management appears to be absolutely clueless. Perhaps selling hot dogs will be their next inspired offering.

From what we have seen, this one takes the award. Nothing but hot air, ludicrous forecasts and promises of riches tomorrow , while seemingly achieving nothing. To date, from what I have seen there has been nothing he has done that justifies his excessive pay cheque , and I would advocate he gets the boot and someone more capable is put in charge before this company swirls down the drain.

And just how much have those companies spent on advertising ? If you think for a second UTW is going to divert away from its core business and compete with them, you must be bonkers !

I’m an becoming more and more convinced the CEO has zero ability to run a company. Today he proclaims that they have launched insurance as a new offering that will take them to their 2021 targets. So who is going to be buying this insurance from them ? What do UTW staff know about insurance ? Why would customers use UTW rather than going direct to the insurance provider ? What has happened to the core business ? To me, it seems that they are very quickly morphing into a jack of all trades, master of none outfit and that the boss resembles a headless chicken who’s legacy looks likely to be a ruined business.

On my last read they had 41,000 customers.
The latest job offer states c.38,000 customers split across the two divisions; enterprise and corporate.
Lost for words!

There can be no way that the ridiculous 2021 targets are going to be met if they are having to lay off people.

It suggests that rather than growing the business , it is shrinking.

The best thing the business could do right now is get rid of BF.

How can you say the work force is experienced when most of the heads of departments have left and they are advertising to fill their positions. BF got himself a big pay rise voted in, and to date has produced absolutely nothing to be positive about.

I’m impressed by the pace of events. It appears that they are doing what they said they said they have set out to do. There are an awful lot of companies who’s management are full of hot air and so far this doesn’t appear to be one of them.

You can buy the same product directly from Plusnet for the same price. Such a stupid offering , it’s laughable .

I’m not sure why companies like this are allowed on the stock market. Another year, where their revenue is no better than most self employed plumbers. You would have to be nuts to be invested here.

Agreed Peaky. I feel it’s the best we can hope for and I have retained a small quantity of shares in the hope that scenario plays out. I saw they mentioned insurance expertise in one of the job description. Maybe that will be nheir next offering, prior to selling donkey rides on the beach. The lack of decent news flow is deafening !

There are a lot of cowboys operating in this market and many wont be suitable.

Very happy with what I read. It should be an exciting year ahead.

I am not sure its ideal.
Any hiccups in sales, or Leke becoming awkward next year, leaves the company vulnerable.
On a positive note, it does look like Immotion is a well run company, so hopefully these adverse situations can be avoided.

2021 targets looking like a complete joke to me.
They are not going to get anywhere near them at this rate.
Growth in the corporate side is laughable considering their IOT offering is a new product that should theoretically grow at a rapid pace if its going to be a game changer.
All in all, very disappointing, and yet more of the Flattery flannel does little to convince me otherwise.
