It was not the companies call to suspend, they had no choice. Fair call on the clarity issues, but if things were that clear, they would have got the job done by now and I would guess that it has not been completed as there are still some disputes between UTW and the auditors .

Is the new CEO fit for purpose ? Nothing but a complete and utter shambles since he has taken over. What can be so difficult in getting an audit completed ?

The new CEO appears to be out of his depth and doing an appalling job. Seems like a total shambles to me.

I think you make some valid points and am always happy to hear the downside so have no problem with your posts. Indeed it has been show that so far, you have been right , so well done. I have always thought that the more they can do that isn’t broking, the better it is long term , and that by focusing on the selling and installation of energy saving equipment they would have a more secure business long term. The Prague office is a good example.of how they can diversify and spread the risks. ( .theiconadvantage.com) I would also expect that the newer business from Europe , has managed to avoid the mistakes made in the UK and there is plenty of room for rapid growth in these markets. There are a lot of very good people working at the company at the moment and I hope they manage to turn things round . BF put up a very high target when he joined the company . We will soon find out if he is up to the job ,or full of hot air.

You would have thought they would have bothered with an update by now. All very irritating.

I totally agree with you Aspers In fact , I don't see how anything will be completed before new year now.

I have been a long suffering investor here and am merely holding my hand having topped up a tad over the last six months or so on the gamble that BF can make some headway into his very optimistic targets (possibly ludicrous and unachievable ). My gamble is that UtW can survive the storm and reinstate the dividend which would make the shares look ludicrously cheap. I say it's a gamble as I also think there is a possibility it all goes horribly wrong as you have pointed out. As per the late trades at the end of every day, it has been very noticeable to me, and I rightly or wrongly, think that there is a buyer lurking in the background . Regarding insider knowledge, the companies on AIM generally change price well before any information is released to us, the general public. It's an irritating, but recurring theme and not one to be discounted. Interested to see these are your first posts on the company.

Perhaps we will hear some good news tomorrow. Hope so , as thoroughly fed up with the bad news.

Seem to be leaving it a bit late which is a worry. To counter this, there has been some steady buying in the last few days which might be a good indicator. Either some good money to be made or lost if you trade in the next week or so imo.

No updates on Audit, Key members jumping ship. I wonder what other surprises they have in store for shareholders.

I can't see much that excites me in that set of results. They still seem unable to make a profit and it's yet another case of Jam tomorrow. Possible that they may eventually make some jam, but short term, failing a bid coming in, I can't see that there is much to get excited about in the short term.

I have always thought you talked a modicum of sense, but bragging about talking with Ed ( who is in my humble opinion a waste of space) ,does not change the dynamics of a failing company. Eds job is to sell the merits of the company, which he does lazily. The merits, S far as I can see at the moment, are fanciful.!

The constant drop in the share price hardly installs any confidence that the results will be anything other than dire. I would love to be proved wrong.
