Not even Coldplay like Coldplay.

I had cavity wall insulation put in recently and they didn't box off the dryer vent, so I've spent hours today sweeping it all out, had to take the dryer apart, lots of faff, it gets everywhere. On the plus side it's working fine and I'll finally have some clean clothes. The laundry pile was becoming a health hazard.

Also made a nice lunch and my brother came round with scones and jam and clotted cream, so now I either have to do about 10 hours of cardio or another day of fasting.

Had to do a bit of work too, getting behind with it, not easy to stay motivated these days with so much else going on.

Then I come back here and the SP is down 0.77% !?!?!?! Presumably punit has already asked why the drop?
Guessing LP still had some to shift? Not relishing wading through all today's posts... probably will anyway :(

I managed 5 days once, was surprising that the hunger pangs subside a lot after about day 2.
I read a theory that most of what we consider hunger is actually sugar/carb withdrawal.
Apparently very useful in diabetes and epilepsy, personally I just need to lose about a stone.

Well... strictly speaking it wouldn't be a direct treatment for chronic bronchitis or emphysema (COPD). It's for exacerbations caused by viruses. However that's how a lot of people with COPD repeatedly end up in hospital, which is the expensive bit.
So pretty valuable, assuming results are good. But we probably need more data than the interim analysis.
