70% gain in one morning is good. With full council approval ( subject to mtg next Wed) this could be quite some future investment.

That is certainly good. The full meeting is not until next Wednesday, so I may hold my horses on buying until then. A committee vote is never guaranteed to be followed by the full meeting.
