I dont get the stress here. Patience is being well rewarded.
SP 12.10.20 - 3.6p
SP 11.10.21 - 6.55p
SP 10.10.22 - 17.95p
If the sp follows this trend we'll be at +35p by 11.10.23 and I will be most satisfied.
This is going in the right direction and Adonis has a good track record.

Am I missing something here? BEN a fundamentally good and well capitalised company, with a great asset with years of supply, where the number of competing suppliers has recently dropped substantially (and unlikely to change anytime soon) in a safe jurisdiction. Ownership of equipment and access to port. Experienced hands-on and motivated management with skin in the game. A promised divi which at the current sp creates an enormous yield. The JS incident is behind us and was surely not relevant to the fundamentals of BEN as a business. The dollar is going from strength to strength against the GBP which can only be good surely for BEN? Yes there is the prospect of global recession but the world will not stop turning and steel will still be required. Why therefore is the sp floundering? Please those with greater knowledge help me to understand why it would be wrong to continue buying at these levels. Thanks

GGG your previous nagging for greater transparency re monthly reporting (swallows and summers etc), although perhaps not the problem here today, was clearly a repeatedly good call. In light of todays RNS you could have gone further. Trust is good but "control" is better. I also started to reduce a couple of weeks ago being a little anxious that rmm seemed to have signed up to the righteous arguments, that they should demonstrate that they were "safe hands". Clearly not yet. Cu remains essential for our brave new world, just perhaps not currently with RMM. Now off to hopefully greener pastures. IMHO GLA

Does anyone know if Slater is still invested here? The JLP website says yes (10%) but the Slater website list of investments @ July 2022 makes no reference to such?

Longer term the case for Cu would seem assured barring any competing technological developments or alternatives (and provided that the world doesnt go completely mad). But the journey to a higher sustained Cu price in the shorter term would on balance appear less likely and dependant upon numerous wider events occurring. Providing that we are actually a profitable company perhaps an opportune time to accumulate? IMHO and GLA

Wouldnt worry too much about an offer coming anytime soon. Yes its a great mine and excellent jurisdiction but until there is transparency about the numbers , with evidence of consistent improvement in production, I doubt whether there will be any offers on the table. Perhaps in 12 - 18 months time...... As to price would like to understand Lew2 how you get to £1 or £2 without the detail to support such?

Amazed at some of the panic and ludicrous comments here. Its AIM. Rak "hopeful....and maybe"?? Theres a lot of people hoping you will sell your shares cheaply! No guarantees in investing. Dont like or understand the risk dont invest - quite simple really. Investing (not day/week trading) is as much about understanding the company you are investing in as having the patience when the sp doesnt simply sky rocket. As is frequently stated DYOR & IMHO

I agree Tony but think it will take longer than a couple of weeks. Traded volume here is low and has dropped slightly over the last few weeks - even with a great company and monthly paid divi. As long as investors are distracted / keep pouring cash into the Cathie Wood type funds we will remain in the long grass in respect of sp growth. imo
