The offer stack is the mm's selling price to you. The mm's bid stack is what they will pay for your shares.

So they had 4.5m on their books at 0.75p (their offer price) which they were looking to sell to you (or anybody else). If their 4.5m is taken, then Winterfloods will move from the top of the offer stack which will move the price. Daily volume here is still low, but in the scheme of things 4.5m is not that much stock for a market maker to hold at a set price. That amount could be taken out in a couple of trades.

MM's had about 4.5m shares on their books at 0.75p when i checked earlier, with Winterfllods alone on the offer. If and when they get taken out, we should be on the move north.

Another nibble for me a few moments ago. The market really is asleep at the wheel regarding Metir. It's all there, in plain sight.

These matched trades are interesting. They can sometimes signify mm to mm trades however there is normally a 3rd trade which reverses them out. Also the L2 mm movements and price action do not suggest this. I wonder if it's Turner Pope selling down in an orderly manner with matched trades.

True to their word or obligation. It's the same in my book. That RNS landing might be a little spark to the market.

Should we not get a clarification of the new director holdings following their £70k participation in the subscription part of the raise? I'm sure they promised to update the market on this as soon as the annual report had been published. So that RNS should drop at any time, if they are true to their word.

The only piece of the jigsaw which I'm not happy about are the 24m placing warrants issued to Turner Pope. A natural overhang for sure, but hey ho, it is what it is.

I've been nibbling away again today. Fully loaded now. We'll now just have to wait and see if their delivery matches up to the massive potential of the Metir tech, and the hot sector they are in.

£151k cash in hand for working capital is nothing, given what they are attempting to achieve, and is constraining their growth plans. IMO they are signalling that they will have to raise cash later in the year.

The next guidance from the company will be interesting as you say. As well as the shipment of Microtox LX systems to Mexico this month, Modern Water were also exhibiting at the IE Expo China in Shanghai last month. So they are really putting themselves about.

Miton appear to have halved their holding from 16m down to 8m. Unless there is a large delayed trade printed in the next few days, maybe the 8m has been taken by another II or HNWI, as I haven't seen that kind of volume going through the market in recent weeks and that sell volume would have tanked the SP. The TR1 states that the threshold was crossed yesterday so maybe the trade will print soon.

There is no doubt that last Friday's trading statement was a shocker of an RNS both in terms of content and the wording. There seemed to be lots of excuses for the lack of delivery, even to the point of blaming the US election. Prior to this RNS they had blamed the lack of deals on the lack of funding putting potential customers off. The CEO had to go, and so they've loaded all the old negative baggage onto him as he left the building. Lets see how the new CEO presents himself, and the IES investment case during the interims presentation in a couple of weeks time.
