There's the sign. Marex now on the bid and the offer.

Marex are the mm whose been hammering down on the offer for a long while. All the other mm's are 0.05 plus on the offer. Marex have moved slightly this morning on little volume so hopefully their line of stock is drying up. If and when they retreat into the pack on the offer, or even better switch to the bid, that will be the positive sign we are waiting on.

Zilch on the RNS front this morning, however it has provided the opportunity for a final top up first thing.

Could be that Sable wait until after the market close in order to issue their EGM update via SENS. That would give Ironveld the time to organise themselves, if there is any market sensitive info divulged, before putting out their own RNS before the market opens tomorrow. Just thinking out loud.

I have the Sable JSE SENS page open for when their update arrives. It may be this afternoon before they get it written up and released. It could be a long meeting as they have a packed agenda.

I think it's most likely to be investors who took part in the recent placing, selling their placing shares and keeping the accompanying warrants. It would mean they are invested for no immediate outlay. Once the placing sellers dry up we'll be clear of the overhang.

But L2 looks weak with Marex having a line of stock to shift as they have been pushing down hard on the offer for the last week, and it's the same this morning. Once they have cleared their stock, then we'll hopefully get going.

Fully agree HfH. Those are the reasons I bought in . The market is hopefully lagging events on the ground in SA. Not long to wait in order to find out.

Agreed, but the trouble is that the company has alluded to loads of upcoming short term watershed moments over the years and have always produced sweet FA. So the market will want proof of an offtake agreement before it re-rates the stock.

A large and long-term offtake agreement direct from a southern African coal mining company would really fire up momentum in Ironveld and validate the company's business strategy. An RNS proving that Ironveld is a commercial entity, generating proper revenue, should completely change market perceptions of the company. They just need to prove to the market that they can cut a commercial sales deal. Hopefully the first offtake agreement isn't too far away.

Struth, Sable and it's directors including the CEO are being accused of all sorts of nasties including stock manipulation and money laundering, hence the calling of the EGM by Sable shareholders. At least the Ironveld JV update is the first point of the EGM agenda.

1/ An update in respect of the Ironveld Joint Venture.

As you say, this should require Ironveld to provide a simultaneous update for it's shareholders.

Testing Frequency and Scope:

Welsh Water performs around 300,000 water tests annually.

Testing includes analysis for organic and inorganic chemicals, as well as microbes like bacteria and viruses.

The water they supply must meet the standards set by the Water Supply (Water Quality) Regulations 2018.

State-of-the-art Technology:

Welsh Water uses advanced instrumentation in their laboratories to detect trace compounds in water samples.

Their equipment can detect substances at part per trillion levels.

AI does produce an interesting description of the collaboration with Welsh Water.

The collaboration between Welsh Water and Microsaic is focused on applying Microsaic's technology in real-world scenarios, such as monitoring water quality in Wales and other regions. This includes using Microsaic's mini mass spectrometers for detecting and characterizing PFAS in water samples.

IMO the PFAS JV will be with a global player if they follow through after testing, so it will probably be a single global licensing deal if it comes to fruition.

Agreed, however some bonus news flow from left field could trigger some buying volume. Any progression to commercialisation of their PFAS tech, or the identity of their prospective PFAS JV partner could spark the required volume. I have a feeling the prospective PFAS JV partner is a particular monster US listed entity. If this proves to be the case then the validation for Metir's PFAS tech could put the Metirs mcap into a different league.

The spread between the mm's bid and the offer is currently 7.13%. The market makers will buy and sell within that spread when volume is low. The only thing that puts the mm's positions under real pressure is volume. Once volume increases the spread will tighten and then the mm's will trade much closer to their quoted prices.

The real signal that I'm waiting on here is an increase in volume, hopefully when the herd arrives. Given that us early birds are fully loaded we can then sit back and see where the volume takes us.
