I have no idea who you are as I am sat on my sofa at home alone having a glass of red. I have only posted once before as despite being a regular reading this forum, I have only just been forced to register due to recent platform changes. :-)

I bought 90k shares in the RI at 84p through HSBC and sold the 60k shares I had that allowed me to opt into the RI to add to my Nex holding. IAG are a leaner company for all this and demand next for travel will be huge next year, despite the pending post Christmas jobs bloodbath. I'm holding out for 2.15 any point next year and will just hold till then. My Nex holding is big now, so may sell a portion towards Christmas as in all likelihood a third, post Xmas lockdown is a strong possibility in my ( definitely not expert ) option. There was a UT sell which I'm guessing is some hedge fund taking profits after a great run and 4 bouts of good news. Their money will be replaced by longer term holders like pension funds soon enough and we'll be back on the up. I have a good chunk of IAG shares as well as NEX and I expected the volatility to be in those, not NEX, but since the rapid rise, they have been rock stready. Keep calm, hold and good things happen to those who wait. For me, £3.50 by early summer and a new boat by summer :-) Good luck all.

Can anyone shed any light on the fact the buys have outstripped sells in terms of volume over the last 2 days yet the sp has gone down? Surely more buys = price goes up? Take the largest 20 tardes of the day, buys 4,076,217, sells 1,621,950. This has happened the last two days. Thanks in advance.
