And in addition I will say that it is highly likely that Novacyt management will do a placing if the price stays at this level or will continue to rise further.

They need money given the £10 million cash position and £7 million/ year loss.

At that pace they won't even make it until 2028

Current market cap £40 million while it should be £10 million.

Novacyt makes a yearly loss of £7 million and this hantavirus will NOT lead to an increase in sales.

If anyone will sell any tests it would be Roché or Thermo Fisher.

The products are fine. They have a lot of assays for probably every disease that is out there.

The point is, they can't sell any of these.

We've had Mpox, record flu seasons, a Ebola outbreak, a Marburg virus outbreak..

Het primerdesign revenue is on a continuous decline since Covid and had YoY less sales.

Meanwhile the research team are resigning and joining competitors, they are cutting jobs (which is very much needed since they still have a £7 million/year loss on a £11 million cash position) and revenue is up just a few percent last year. Not nearly enough to wipe out the £7m loss.

No one is interested.

The main question is how high this stock can pump before it can be dumped to 20p again.

When Mpox was raging Primerdesign revenue declined. says enough.

Just warning you that Novacyt will make very little money on this.

You remember Mpox 2 years ago.. There were a LOT of cases in Africa and quit a lot of testing done worldwide. Novacyt (primerdesign) revenue declined in that same period.

It's all pump and dump until they manage to sign some contracts.

And this today is exactly why management didn't buy shares until previous month, when they bought a bare minimum of shares just because they had to.

They all knew that this company is speedrunning to zero. Only a big fat pandemic can save them now.

Nothing to gain here anymore guys. Sure the company will continue (maybe after a placing or 2) but for shareholders this company is DONE.

I think that give lyn's role as a CEO he should have at least a 1% stake in Novacyt.
