At the current burn rate there is money in the bank £22,5) until march 2028 (£20,5m + £2m expected investments) which is longer than I expected.

Their cost saving program is showing results, however they still have to put all of their efforts in growing revenue in order to reach profitability in H1 2028.

I have a little more confidence after today's results. Was expecting cash to run out by the end of 2026.

I dont think they will do too much about it.

The only thing they seem to go after is to raise more capital given the latest news regarding the appointment of a joint corporate broker

Listing fees on the LSE are not that high, i believe less than £80k/year for a company the size of Novacyt.

Hopefully Management's plan will bring about a turnaround for the business.

They do sell good and upcoming products (DNA sequencing/NIPT) but given the incompetence they have shown over the past few years I want to see concrete results other than loose words before i'm convinced.

There is nothing to present other than a legal settlement.

They will probably highlight the settlement as a "great achievement" at the september investor presentation/H2 results.

The market is smelling the weakness from the Novacyt board and act accordingly.

I have a problem with "Novacyt bought Yourgene"

The current CEO of Novacyt is from Yourgene and Yourgene is were all of Novacyt cash is going to.

Novacyt is hijacked by the Yourgene board because of incompetent Novacyt past management (not that they are any worse than current).

It means Novacyt will save another £100k a year
