Those director buys are just 100k divided over 6 people

Rees bought only 24k worth of stock. Literally the bare minimum and just to say that he invested in the business at the next shareholders and thus dodge questions about if he will be investing or not at the next QndA.

Honesty I think the £130 million they made from Covid would have been better off if it would have been managed by a 5 year old.

So much money wasted in 4 years time, still nothing to show for (except a £7 million annual loss).

I can tell you in advance: anyone but Novacyt (and other small fish).

Sizeable chunk in cash?

That £120 million cash pile has shrunk to 1/10th of it's original size. Current cash is around £12 million and even with the new acquisition the company is still losing £6.8 million/year.

Cost savings are done so they have to grow revenue by 50% the coming 2 years this company won't be able to survive without another placing.

Whatever this is. No placing is no placing.

Year loss is £8.5 million. New company makes £0.7 million in profits, maybe some synergies so about £1 million less loss per year= £7.5 million predicted yearly loss = money in the bank until H2 2027.

Year or 2? Don't look any further than 1 year. A significant revenue increase is necessary to keep this company afloat after 2027 since cost cutting is completed and there is still a £8.5 million gap to be filled while revenue is pretty stagnant.

If Rees will see opportunity for profit in ''his'' company, trust me he will be buying shares (as he himself is an active investor).

Apparently in the almost 3 years that he is in office, there hasn't been such an opportunity.

Even the CFO holds a (miniscule) amount of shares while the CEO holds 0.

A 2 mln (1M/year) contract is nice but as I said, we need bigger contracts.

We still need to wipe a 8.500.000 annual loss and therefore we need way bigger contracts.

"supporting Nipah research" does not mean selling tests.

There was an Mpox epidemic in Africa and a record flu season in the EU/UK and they did not even grow Primerdesign revenue. In fact there was a 12% decline in PD revenue.

2 million over 2 years is £1 million a year= just 5% of the yearly turnover.

We need BIG contracts, a slice of the april 2026 £5 billion tender. That will be a much needed amount of sales to wipe away the £8.500.000 yearly loss.

combined with a total lack of majority shareholders, a lack of management buys and a very meager growth rate make this ****shed uninvestable.

Well, at least NHS is confident that Novacyt (Yourgene) will still be around until 20 december 2027.
