I live out in the country so I'm fully aware that it's beauty is largely down to how it has been managed over many years.

Most of the highways hedges here are maintained by local farmers and indeed they are the ones out clearing snow and fallen trees when storms hit.

The police released that misleading statement within 24 hours, which also strongly implied the trouble was primarily from non locals. No idea what the final tally was but an awful lot of those charged had local addresses.

Indeed and when the authorities simply said he was born in Cardiff this was to deflect the fact he was the product of two illegal immigrants. The flaw in their plan was that the locals had seen him in action & knew that it wasn't sheep who were in danger!
