I take your point Henry but then SBRY has dropped 7.5% over the last month compared to 0.25% for the whole FT100 and it is also considered as a defensive stock.

I've added a couple of thousand shares here over several drips at an average of 3.04 which I see as a sound investment for a LTH.

Just in case you're not aware - with PHP being a REIT then depending on who you buy from you may well have WHT taken at source if not in a ISA.
