Hi run, once they are up to 750mw they will consider themselves "an income and growth story". Which to me reads will ramp up the div. after that they will document the next stages of development. They are looking at a large number of opportunities. They want to be very careful in their communication to the market. They want to be sure deals / plants can be set up before they announce. They will not announce speculative plants.

The presentation was very good. It was honest and frank statement of the state of play. Plants are coming online and we should get to the 750mw before long. Delays on one of the plants were due to the government not building the infrastructure on time. OPG's response was to help them build it. It seems to me the investment case is very strong. With a debt ratio less than competitors. A load factor much stronger than competitors 90% vs c70%. Ability to switch from imported to domestic coal. Excellent positioning of plants near ports. All in all the next year or so should be very interesting indeed.

Where do people see this post dilution? I would imagine 100p.

Hi all, been number crunching here. Seems that the acquisition will add 1.8p minimum to EPS even post dilution. Given the current PE ratio of 14 this should equate to a 25p price increase. This should be the minimum as we are now able to grow faster as there is capacity in the facility we have bought in Southall, London.
