I have the form and it has a couple of difficult to achieve sections like "PART B: CERTIFICATION OF FOREIGN INCOME TAX AUTHORITY". So you need HMRC signature /official stamp. Unless you have a huge holding for the very long term its not really worth it. Would really make me think twice about investng in an Israeli based company again. we are lucky that PLUS pay a ridiculously large dividend.

do we know when announcements is due? price is still falling and now a real bargain

I also had a dabble in XLM. It's negatives are that it is Israeli and mainly sends traffics to gaming firms. The market does not give fair value to either of those.

It's in Hargreaves lansdown. A solid update. All the numbers were as previously guided. I was pleased to see current year trading has also been strong and that does not really include ramping up the vitamin D products we have just had approved.

Johnny, without doubt I agree with all your points below. I guess my point is that this healthy company has not such a healthy share price. In the shorter term the continued Japan increase in sales is driving the share price at trading updates. Then all the potential bigger roll outs like France (which actually seemed quite close last time I checked). I intend to get back in and this is a good entry price (<160p). But as I have been punished over and over again buying companies too soon before an update I may hold on a little longer. Rightly or wrongly the hardest time to own a stock like this (strong trading but poor share price) is before results.

Thanks robins. So assuming eps of 10p we are looking at a PE ratio of 6. Price action does not look good even though this is a deep value share. Feels like we should either double up or cut and run for the hills! I am genuinely torn.

Hi Johnny, no doubt interesting things in the pipeline but share price looks like it wants to head lower! Needs some news of a deal. I expect the trading in Japan to have remained strong and the next update to be generally positive. But as I think you have mentioned earlier the update is expected in June. The price is now lower than when the possible ASDA deal was announced!! Crazy!

me too ukguy. but what? sharp move up in price with both institutional and director buying! I expected some news by now but it has not materialised. I do note that the last trading update had group revenues up 4%. but the second half started at +20%. now this online fashion business NEEDS throughput and raw revenue numbers to really get things going to benefit from scale etc. so many of their RNS state they have built a business for scale and have significant headroom. Now a 20% increase in sales will start to feed through quickly into profits. I am uber-bullish the next update. unless we hear something else (possibly bigger) first . . . . . .

whats the view on the next update on Monday? do we see anything that could have stopped their momentum?

does anyone know off the top of their head what last years EBITDA was? I cant see it on Hargreaves lansdwone. seems we are predicting £12.7m against a market cap of £74m. also what sort of EPS is expected?

Hi ctw, slow and steady is one thing. backwards is another. this has gone from 90p to 75p in 6 months whilst all this growth has taken place. I have cut and run long ago. No real update on further projects now we are at capacity. Still no dividend even though I recall them saying when they are up to capacity they would introduce or at least announce plans for a divi. I was unaware of a drought as I don't follow this one closely any more. most of the energy is already sold to industrials so I guess would only effect OPG if those industrial plants they supply were non-operational

thanks bgw, do you know how Plus500 average lifetime compares with other rival firms? I have always noticed their ads on my facebook wall so always assumed we will tempt non-serious punters rather than serious traders. I read the last update to read that we are not converting the higher rollers into greater revenues with us. Anyway the proof will be in the next update.

I agree but I wonder how long we wait for a return. Think I may have read that VW would find it cheaper to replace cars than repair them. Crazy I know but I wonder if true?

Hi Johnny. This could be a big boost.nwas drifting down nicely into an enticing entry price. Still no solid deal done though. Let's see what happens. An entry into Walmart would be huge though probably still a way off I would imagine a trial in asda first

Hi bgw, I am interested in your comment "The company always says that marketing spend is predictive of the next quarters." have they mentioned this in trading update/ results RNS? I am also concerned the extra spend is not filtering through to extra revenue and have trimmed my stake accordingly.
