They have also been in discussions with a North American company for the past five months to design and price a production plant, and again doing this is advance of the EWT you have to ask why...

To me the answer is simple. Geologists from Australia, England and the USA are all unanimous in their findings, there is unrisked helium at Rukwa of between 120-177 Bcf. The founder of Helium One made a confident prediction that HE1 had a 90% probability of finding 17.4 Bcf and a 50% probability of finding 54 Bcf.

I'll let you do the maths, the approximate price of helium is FIVE HUNDRED MILLION DOLLARS per BCF.

Noble up 30% in the last 5 days. Although well behind HE1 in terms of EWT, it seems everyone is positive about Rukwa.

Elrathia I for one was well aware that your comment was tongue in cheek, as was mine. With near continuous helium from surface to basement I'd actually be more shocked if there weren't pretty substantial reserves.

As for people stating ridiculous levels that this will fall to, they're just traders hoping for a better entry. Best ignored.

Elrathia you may be correct that we are all fools, but the unrisked volume and to a degree the risked volume all suggests that this has a high probability of success.

It definitely appears the concentration levels are going to be in excess of 5% and I'm sure both Helium One and the Tanzanian are would feel disappointed if the reservoir didn't have at least 10 Bcf of helium. And if that's correct that's a multi billion dollar find.

My take is the strategic review has been a shambles and a complete waste of time and money, I think their plan was to bundle all of their 'non core' assets and offload them, providing cash to recommence exploration and drilling but they had nobody interested. As there appears no plan B, basically another 18 months have been wasted.

It seems to me that Scott has always been of the opinion that Cascabel needs to be completely derisked before selling and that means completion of the Environmental and Social impact studies and as I've said before that's probably at least a year away from now. Ecuadorian elections next May so I'd say Q3 2025 before there's any real value added here. Seems SOLG management and Bob are just going to twiddle their thumbs until then..wonder if this shambolic management will ever change in this company?

HE1 have a real chance to declare over 15 Bcf at between 6/8% concentration.

And have a 50% probability of declaring a find over 50 Bcf.

And a 10% chance of declaring over 100 Bcf..

If it was anything close I think most of us would retire. GLA

I'm very impressed with the EWT setup, it seems with near continuous helium and hydrogen all the way to the basement, coupled with concentration levels exceeding 5% this could be a monster.
