There is only one company that are far enough advanced that they could commence an Extended Well Test to confirm scale, quantity and grade of the helium, and that's Helium One.

Mr India I have been looking to get back into HEMO after getting out with a heavy loss many many months ago. However, I don't share your enthusiasm on the pipeline. Hu-Phec was in effect abandoned after patents were approved despite Vlad saying it would go into the clinic. For all intents and purposes CDX has gone the same way. How many years has it been in pre-clinical studies without progressing? It's then got to go through IND enabling studies and how long has CAR-T taken to do that? CBR is the same. People saying it's a cure for this or that but the reality it's also years away from getting clinically approved, like CDX.

The truth is this is a single play, mostly due to Vlads incompetence in financial management, his stubbornness and ego, thinking hemo was his (and only his) private company. In my mind they need to focus (as they should have done all along) on ONE product candidate and spend all their money on that and that alone. Get CAR-T into the clinic, get it proven and monetise it to generate some revenue. But Vlad won't, he'll continue to diversify, run down the money and probably achieve nothing. For example he's off to yet another investor conference to promote CBR. I ask you, out of the tens of conferences he's done the same thing at, including with Prevail, how much has he generated to date. I'll give you a clue. ZERO.

All that being said, if they still have some financial runway left and if they announce clinical trials have started or if the SP drops to around the 1.3p level I may well have a punt on him succeeding.

As for you, I'd strongly advise if you're ever fortunate enough to get your money back, sell up and never invest again. It's obviously not for you, learn from it and treat it as a lucky escape, and it will be if you're very lucky.

Meto the time it will be called a turnkey project is when the Environmental and Social impact studies are completed as that is the thing that is likely to take up to two years to complete, and SOLG couldn't get this done any faster as they needed the Exploitation Agreement signed off before they could start the process. I do not believe any major would make an offer before this final stage as they could in effect pay billions of dollars that may not be approved. It is just not feasible for SOLG to proceed alone imo, they would need the advance royalty payments and somehow to assist in financing the Hydro-Solar plant, and I believe an equity contribution is required as part of the Franco-Nevada finance, not to mention the fact Scott would be over 80 before anything came to production. It's just my view but I believe there's only one outcome, that is to fully derisk Cascabel and deliver it to a major as s turnkey ready to mine project and that unfortunately means getting all the permits, which won't be till mid 2026.

As I've said I think they'll bumble along doing very little apart from derisking, not progressing the regionals at all. Rather than paying millions every year for them I honestly don't know why they don't just relinquish them, nobody appears to want to give them anything for them. What the so called Strategic Review is for, or doing is also beyond me. How can it take over 18 months with absolutely no outcome? Personally I see nothing to move the SP for at least a year, probably more. Very very strange management strategy here.

The message confirms Helium One has found large reservoirs with a very high concentration of Helium.

As, in all probability, they are still flow testing the 2nd interval it looks like this message just confirms what they've found in the 1st interval they've tested.

Roger sorry that is incorrect. What they actually said was the Environmental work started in advance. April in fact, to ensure they could finish the work from both seasons to conclude in parallel with the EWT.

Don't think it's a question of getting it right, I would think they're in the process of flow testing the second interval and the many fractures around now, a week to clean up and compile their findings would see them exactly on schedule.

Feasibility Study and Mining Licence application expected by mid September.

Brookie bearing in mind they have only recently said upon completion of the EWT they will pick up on their discussions with industry and JV partners and offtakers, I really don't think a sale of the asset will be happening anytime soon, at least until they monetise it. I would there is a high probability they'll progress with a JV and arrange an offtake agreement to sell at source.

Whilst they wouldn't get absolutely top dollar on their helium this arrangement would still see them with billions of dollars of forward revenue, hundreds of millions pa and probably a fair chunk of working capital thrown in from the chosen JV partner, allowing them to drill the appraisal well and additional wells to expand production over time, and prove up their other licenses. That's my take anyway.

On the SP, it's very difficult to call. I do agree with you that 15p is a little ambitious, at least short term. You'll see from my previous posts I projected 6-7p on completion of the EWT but recently upped this to 9-10p. Virtually impossible to know as we don't know as yet just how big the reservoir/s will be. Could be 10 Bcf all the way up to 50 Bcf, who knows. GLA.

Pw I'm just guessing but I think this is from just one of the intervals, and it sounds to be it's going to be in the region of 15 Bcf. That's $7.5bn, for one interval. Just my thoughts.

Steve the Chinese are also doing the same across South America but I have to say the Americans are making moves to address the situation in Africa. There has been commitment to spend at least $5bn that has led to substantial investment in Zambia for copper mining, and more interestingly for us the US government funded the initial helium plant for Renergen in South Africa which was deemed a strategic project by the South African government which led to rapid approvals.

As Helium One are actual partners with the Tanzanian government for a part of their other tenaments I see very much the same happening here. It will be deemed strategic and wìll in my opinion be fast tracked to approval and production. However, the export of billions of cubic feet will undoubtedly end up in the far east, at least the vast majority of it.

Moorscloud the answer is no, Helium One are the ONLY company that are in a position to confirm a large scale Helium find, and my take is they have completed the first interval flow test that they have monitored in real-time.

More to come, the EWT results look like they are going to be everything we could have hoped for.

not might have, or may have, IT HAS.

As I've been saying all along. I'm so happy, bring it on!!

Nobody likes to lose money on their investments, so in order to be as sure as I could be, I've not only read everything there is on the EAR. Afar depression and Rukwa itself, but I've now re-read every RNS that's been released.

I have to say most if not all of my concerns have been allayed. Naively I've thought they had to find a reservoir but I'm certain now they've already found one. All the EWT is doing is establishing pressure, flow rates and concentration levels. Pressure and flow rates are not a concern to me as if low they can be addressed through artificial lift, if required. We know concentration levels are going to be high because they've already told us. They are likely going to be the highest helium concenration levels going into production in the world. The only thing in my mind that needs an answer is the actual quantity of helium in the reservoir/s. But with near continuous helium from surface to 1129m, coupled with the unrisked 120-178 Bcf estimates, you've got to assume it's going to be big enough to be commercial, well I do anyway. I'm happy. I'm confident. I'm excited. I'm also going to be quiet for a couple of weeks and just wait for the results. I wish you all good luck.

TT I'd say yes and no. It's red or black as to whether there's enough helium that makes it commercial but it may be they want to increase the flow rate by artificial lift. But, the only real question is how much helium has been found.
