If you've ever wondered why the vast majority of helium production only has up to 0.5% concentration, it's because they all contain carbon dioxide which dilutes the helium. And if you ever wondered why hydrogen is also present, it's because helium splits the water.

This is so they can incorporate everything into the Feasibility Study and submit it in September. Upon submission it could take 3 weeks to 3 months to get their Mining Licence although as this is so strategic to Tanzania I think it'll be granted in a matter of weeks. As soon as granted, HE1 will commission the production plant with a view to commencing production and generating revenue the back end of 2025.

Nobodys unfortunately I think they are too poor a country to fund anything themselves, I think it more likely someone like the US government would fund it, as part of the $55bn they've committed to spend in Africa. But you're right about economies of scale to be had across Rukwa with Noble.

Roger I think it's very likely we'll arrange an offtake and sell to them at source. They'll build and fund the plant and arrange logistics in return for a percentage of revenue, probably around 20%, or less of someone like the US Government funds the plant, as they did for Renergen.

I do agree with you though. HE1 are only on the first drill of their first licence. With Tanzania's helium being compared to Saudi oil, why would you give up such immeasurable wealth? If I were them, if successful here I'd do the opposite, I'd do an early take out of Noble and keep it all.

Jim an interesting article but taking it further forward we have the attached. From reading what is clear is this.

1. Helium is accumulated in a volcanic region and the East African Rift system is definitely that.

2. There is a 'sweet spot' that's far enough away from the volcanic activity that the Helium is not contaminated with carbon dioxide, and we know there are hydrocarbons in Rukwa, it's just Helium, hydrogen and nitrogen which can be vented, meaning a totally green find.

4. We know thar Helium can escape from virtually anything so major reservoirs will only accumulate in sedimentary basin, and as I've discussed before because the EAR system is the largest seismically active rift in the world the activity has caused Rukwa to have some of the largest sedimentary deposits, meaning the thickest in the world.

All the above signify why various internationally acclaimed geologists believe Rukwa is the largest primary deposit of helium IN THE WORLD at anywhere between 128-178 Bcf or in monetary terms around FIFTY BILLION DOLLARS.

I'm not saying we'll find it all in one drill but Helium One are on the verge of something rather special.

Daven66 multiple geologists have confirmed an unrisked 128 Bcf of helium in the Rukwa basin and I'm sure HE1 know the pathway it flows, hence why they changed the drill location and achieved a flow to surface of 4.7% concentration (which denotes a sizeable reservoir), and later confirmed considerably higher concentration levels whilst drilling down to TD, also stating near continuous helium and hydrogen from surface to basement, so they are definitely in the right place imo.

On a side note, we would have to have a truly exceptional find to reach the SP that some have stated. With helium around $500m per Bcf, I have no doubt it'll be a multi billion dollar find, buy the realistic figure I think we should be looking at initially is 9-10p, perhaps up to 20p if we're lucky. Just my personal view.

i think most on here would prefer a helium play with 9000% above background levels rather than your poxy 300% and also concentration levels considerably above 4.7% rather than your 0.00001% . so do yourself a favour and **** off back to where you crawled from.

And SNG actually got pushed down from 70 to 35 the day before it went to 2.40 in a morning.

All small caps share one thing in common and that's waiting upon results. This is what these clowns feed upon, the fear of failure. I could say you have to be mentally strong but really I'd you've done your research just remember why you invested in the first place, relax and switch off until the results come out.

Half-of-2 I know what's going to happen, sometime next week HE1 are going to release the EWT results showing a very large commercial Helium find that wkm have the highest concentration levels of Helium going into production of in the world.

Hold the back page, and the front, It'll be major news. For those saying it's priced in, believe me it's not!

Tanzina has a unique (being the only one of its kind, unlike anything else), large scale (involving large numbers, a large area, extensive), and high grade (superior quality, better than usual, top grade, near the upper or most favorable extreme of a specified range), primary (of first rank importance or value) helium deposit.

Nobody likes to lose money on their investments, so in order to be as sure as I could be, I've not only read everything there is on the EAR. Afar depression and Rukwa itself, but I've now re-read every RNS that's been released.

I have to say most if not all of my concerns have been allayed. Naively I've thought they had to find a reservoir but I'm certain now they've already found one. All the EWT is doing is establishing pressure, flow rates and concentration levels. Pressure and flow rates are not a concern to me as if low they can be addressed through artificial lift, if required. We know concentration levels are going to be high because they've already told us. They are likely going to be the highest helium concenration levels going into production in the world. The only thing in my mind that needs an answer is the actual quantity of helium in the reservoir/s. But with near continuous helium from surface to 1129m, coupled with the unrisked 120-178 Bcf estimates, you've got to assume it's going to be big enough to be commercial, well I do anyway. I'm happy. I'm confident. I'm excited. I'm also going to be quiet for a couple of weeks and just wait for the results. I wish you all good luck.

Dartagnan it was initiated by Helium ones founder Abraham-James and led by Chris Ballentine, both probably amongst the best geologists in the world.
