If they sell the CO2 as well as the helium it should easily be worth $3m pa for 5 years to HE1 with revenue commencing summer next year.

In parallel to that HE1 will be releasing the initial basement interval results on Monday as well as the full EWT results later in the week.

They have stated they will 'absolutely' be submitting a Feasibility Study to get a mining licence so they already know this a commercial find, which will be in the billions if dollars. Patience will be rewarded.

Mining Licence application, HE1 will 'absolutely' be submitting the application by the deadline of 17th September.

Flow testing of the basement will continue all this week.

That means the EWT results will be published first week of September in order to be able to integrate the EWT results into the Environmental and sub surface analysis results into the Feasibility Study, which forms the basis of the Mining Licence application.

HE1 already talking about revenue generation being 12 months from approval, so I would say they are already extremely confident from what they've seen to date.

Can't wait for the first two weeks of September!

ART just goes to show if you actually read the RNS's it is all extremely positive. There will be no additional shares being churned, an II on board, revenue generating from Q1 and extremely positive first interval test in Rukwa.

Hence why the unknown trolls are out in force with their first ever posts on this board.

The SP will soon recover with only good news to come to propel it to new heights. Just a little patience required. All imo.

There's all you need to know in today's statement if you read it. They have confirmed everything will be incorporated into the Feasibility Study.

That means they're going to apply for a Mining licence and that in turn confirms it's a commercial find.

Great news if you're an investor with them being extremely optimistic in taking advantage of a cash strapped company, bad news if you wanted to flip HE1 quickly.

EWT looks all we had hoped for with revenue stream from Q1 funding Tanzania through to production.

Looks to me Helium One are going to become quite a major player.

If you knew anything about Pulsar you would realise this. Whilst yes, I know they have logged exceptional concentration levels but there is a but..

The 'but' is they don't even know there is any volume to even make the site commercial. It may well be but it'll take many months for them even to set up an EWT. Helium One are many many months ahead in their development and once the EWT results are in, and the immediate Feasibility Study is submitted, granting them a mining licence, the building of the plant will commence.

Therefore when they go into production next year their concentration levels WILL be the greatest in production in the world. Will they ultimately be superceded by Pulsar? Maybe, but that's not what I said, I didn't say they'll be the greatest concentration levels for ever did I?

So there's a rumour that concentration levels are 6%? Well we already knew that. On deepening the well HE1 confirmed that concentration levels were 'noticeably higher' than the previous 4.7% first encountered which many expected due to the first samples being air contaminated.

And Toffers, disappointed if they're 'only 6%'. Really?? Let's remember IF it's only 6% concentration (it's only a rumour), firstly let's compare that to the USA, the world leader by far at 0.4 average concentration, and Qatar at 0.3 then Algeria at 0.3, and Russia 0.3.

So the FACTS to date are that Helium One, whether 4.7%, 6% or maybe even will be the greatest concentration levels going into production IN THE WORLD, by a considerable margin.

Another FACT is that the Rukwa rift has numerous internationally renowned geologists ALL stating we are sitting on unrisked reserves of 128 Bcf of Helium.

The last FACT I'll leave you with is there's near continuous helium shows from surface all the way down to the basement.

So, let's all reign in our emotions and excitement, or fear and just wait calmly and clinically for the results to be announced.

It tells me everything I need to know about posters who would rather spread ridiculous rumours on a placing coming on Tuesday rather than discuss the content of 5085's messages.

So just from Nobles drilling (at shallow depths) the government are anticipating billions of dollars being generated and $100m to the government alone.

So what is Helium One's Rukwa EWT going to be, with near continuous helium and hydrogen from surface all the way down to the basement, with concentration levels 'considerably higher' than 4.7%?

Considerably more than Nobles would be my guess, and that's going to be a really big number.

Moorscloud, there will be no placing on Tuesday, absolutely guaranteed. Firstly nobody would do a placing at this level of SP when it's highly likely to be multiples of today's level. Secondly, the directors would be very reticent to dilute their own options and thirdly, they've stated only last month they do not want to raise equity that way, they will wait until after the EWT and look at either debt, offtakes or JV's. Talk of a placing is at best fear mongering and at worst out and out lying.

IG whilst you are correct the transit to America doesn't appear easy it has still not affected the US Government funding the helium plant in South Africa, and if you listen to Nobles last interview they stated they've been approached by Space X, and if they have I'm sure HE1 would have been as well. That being said I'm sure Asia would be the most likely destination.
