RE: Business Person v Geologist - Discuss31 Jul 2024 21:45
Strop regarding having a geologist as CEO. Firstly I would mention the CEO of Pulsar Helium, a start up who have just flowed North America's highest concentration of Helium at 15.5% a guy called Thomas Abraham-James. He's a geologist who co-founded Helium One and was instrumental in the Tanzinia licenses, so i dont think being a geologist is any barrier for Lorna.
Let's see what she has done:
1. Ensured they are fully funded.
2. Made the final decision to change the drilling target to one that flowed 4.7% Helium.
3. Assembled a best in class team for the EWT.
4. Ensured that all subsurface modelling will be completed and be ready to be integrated into the EWT immediately upon completion.
5. Ensured both Phase One and Phase Two field work on the ESIA study (six months work) is completed in parallel thus ensuring an immediate Feasibility Study can be submitted with the Tanzanian Government.
6. That in turn will lead (upon a successful EWT) to a Mining License being granted in Q4.
7. Which in turn leads to production planning early 2025. For which Helium One announced they've been in discussions with a North American company for several months already, on engineering, desig, build and cost.
8. Due to tremendous planning and excellent management commercial revenue is forecast for NEXT YEAR.
The conclusion being for me, why all the advanced planning? The only answer is they are VERY confident of a major find (They have already discussed a modular design of the plant allowing for rapid expansion). Furthermore they're already acknowledging additional wells will be required to expand capacity (Furthermore they have bought their own right, substantially reducing cost and timescales.
I'd say she's done a truly remarkable, fantastic job, apart from those heavily diluted. I can't see anyone saying she hasn't.
