Flow rates for HE1 are nearly double that so a similar size revenue will be transformational to say the least.

They said things would commence July and personally I'm 100% confident they will, and remember with a weeks activity on each interval it's quite possible everything will be completed in 4 weeks not 6.

LT considering any license deal with the likes of AstraZenica or Unilever will be in the double digit millions I'd say the risk vs reward here is minimal, they seem particularly close to both companies. It's definitely a buy and hold for me.

The main risk with any company on AIM is cash, particularly this sector. So whilst I appreciate many have had their fingers burnt, with 18 months runway plus increasing revenue and a healthy pipeline, and strategic partnerships with the biggest global names, this represents a great opportunity for those with a little patience. In my view this will look a lot different come the end of the year.

Time to hold, sit back and see where we are by Christmas.

Gordon I couldn't agree more. Partners will be more comfortable with them being financially secure, pipeline growing, revenue growing and all being well substantial license agreements to be secured for 'double digit millions.

It appears to me there is wide industry acceptance of their technology amongst the majors, quite possible they'll be a takeover target.

As you say, once the placing shares have churned they'll soon bounce.

All in my opinion.

Bought in at what I believe is a bargain price. Well positioned for growth, directors having skin in the game and previous options cancelled with future options based on a higher SP.

Someone asked why I thought a JV partner would be North American for my earlier post. Its because the plant design and supplier will be North American, and I think it'll be one and the same partner that they enter a JV. Also ask yourself, why are they working on the production plant design already? If you ask me its because they already know whats there!

The EWT will provide the proven resource estimates and I believe, with the unique geology there, it will exceed 3.5 bcf (billion cubic feet). A find of that size would be worth over $2 billion. And remember this is just one of many sites they are exploring. This is the reason that the government of Tanzania believe they can become the world leaders in helium production.

You ask whether the EWT results could lead to a JV. The answer is yes, absolutely. HE1 will not want to fund the production plant themselves, neither do they want to be involved in the logistics in getting it to a customer. I think its nigh on certain they'll partner with someone in North America to progress the find and focus on the exploration of their other Tanzanian assets. As for their valuation, I've already stated I think they'll become a billion dollar company in the not too distant future.

However, this is just my view. I await the EWT results with everyone else, sometime in early September I would think.

Keep of course you are correct. The cost of a production plant is totally irrelevant because if they need one than they have achieved their goal of a commercial find, and that alone will be worth hundreds of millions if not more, and financing the facility will be pretty straightforward. At that stage more than likely a JV if not a takeover. Besides which with the composition a plant is unlikely to cost more than 25m.

All we need to worry about is the EWT and that's fully funded. I'm as confident as you can be with these things its going to produce excellent results.

What I find interesting with HE1 is that the subsurface modelling and the 6 months work on the ESIA study will all have been completed before the EWT.

If you couple this with an immediate Feasibility Study and the company statement that they WILL be submitting an application to convert its Prospecting Licences to Mining Licences, and they are already looking into production plant designs it all adds up to one thing...

They are extremely confident there's something special there.

Dobbyy there was a find in South Africa of just 7 BCF at around the same concentration levels of Tanzania that is reported to be worth around $4bn, so even at a tenth of the initial estimates it's going to be extremely valuable. In my opinion anyway.

AJ the prospective recoverable reserves here have been independently estimated to be about 138 Bcf (billion cubic feet). If correct that's 25% of the total global reserves. The concentration level logged of 4.7% is truly amazing and unique. The US, the world's biggest supplier of helium averages 0.35%, Qatar another major player 0.4%.

The EWT could well make HE1 and Tanzania world leaders. Successful results will imo lead to joint ventures or very likely a takeover at some point.

As for Mcap virtually impossible to guess but certainly over a billion.

Be aware ALL investments in exploration all very high risk but the rewards can be life changing. Personally I'm very excited, I think HE1 have a truly unique opportunity here.
