Greencoat, Supermarket REIT, Helium One among most-bought stocks in September

Greencoat UK Wind PLC (LSE:UKW), Supermarket Income REIT PLC (LSE:SUPR, OTC:SUPIF) and Helium One Global Ltd (AIM:HE1, OTCQB:HLOGF) were among interactive investor’s most-bought investments in September 2024.

Greencoat UK Wind was the third most-bought investment trust, while Supermarket REIT appeared in the tenth spot, signalling growing interest in renewable energy and real estate sectors.

Helium One featured among the top-three most-bought equities.

Meanwhile, technology stocks saw less demand.

Kyle Caldwell, ii’s funds and investment education editor, said: “In what could be the start of a prolonged trend, investors have become less enthusiastic about technology shares over the past month.

“This is reflected in L&G Global Technology Index moving from first to fourth place in our top 10 most-bought funds’ list, Allianz Technology dropping from eighth to ninth place in our investment trust table, and Polar Capital Technology exiting the top 10 entirely.”

Scottish Mortgage lost its position as the most-bought investment trust after almost a year, being replaced by BlackRock World Mining.

Oil companies BP and Shell gained attention, both ranking in the top 10 most-bought equities.

BP led the list, followed closely by Nvidia Corp, Helium one and Rolls Royce Holdings plc.

Bruh if you're new to investing just be aware that most people lose money, and some all of it.

My advice, invest a third of your money in a chosen share and set a sell order for a price you're happy with, and invest a third for the longer term. Always keep a third as a free float because if you get your entry point wrong and it falls you can buy more at a lower price and get your average down. But, if you really want to invest properly you should do the above but in a multitude of shares across various sectors to reduce your risk.

For me, I ignore my own advice and have all my money in Helium One, but I have have a high tolerance of risk. Good luck!

Two things I'd do if I were Helium One, upon the BlueStar farm in being approved I'd seek a US listing. I'd also copy BlueStar and get Gregg appointed as a non exec director at HE1 as I think he'd add substantial value to us.

Next Steps

Following the submission of the ML application, the Company will continue to engage with the MoM and MC in Tanzania whilst awaiting the award of the ML before progressing the southern Rukwa Helium Project development.

The Company-owned drilling rig, Epiroc 220, remains hot stacked in the southern Rukwa region and remains operationally ready.

The Company continues to review the remaining PL it holds in Tanzania, particularly off the back of the learnings from the success in southern Rukwa.

Our partnership with Blue Star Helium is progressing as we work towards completion of the acquisition announced on 27th August 2024 which will result in the Company owning a 50% stake in the Galactica-Pegasus project in Colorado, USA. Once the acquisition is completed, we will move ahead to the commencement of the Q4 drilling campaign on the Galactica-Pegasus development.

There's two important things to note in the company update above.

1. Helium One have their drilling rig hot stacked and operationally ready in Southern Rukwa. This suggests two things to me. They believe the Mining Licence application will be fast tracked and immediately after it's approved I think they'll drill to the basement on Tai-3.

2. Immediately after they get approval for the Galactica-Pegasus farm in, they'll begin drilling the 1st development well. As they have 6 to drill this quarter we can expect drilling and results to be issued on a near weekly basis.

With at least another 9 to follow, funded by the initial 6, plus around 30 for the Southern Rukwa Helium Project, that's 45 production/development wells to be drilled and results to be published.

With the Facilities Management company to be named to build the Processing Plant, an offtake and/or JV partner to be announced, and expanded details of both production plans (concentration levels, flow rates and volumes), plus additional exploration targets, we are truly entering a news rich period over the coming weeks and months ahead.

What would be good is those investors who are positive, just articulate why rather than post rockets that add no value. And equally, those who are negative rather than be disingenuous in your posts, be honest and say you are waiting to get a cheaper price. As much as you would like to think you are driving the price down, you really aren't, the same way as a rocket doesn't drive it up.

Surely this board is for opinions and if it's not an honest one, why bother?

It wasn't long ago you were providing all the answers, albeit all incorrect, and boasting you have a hot line to Scott and could call him anytime day or night?

You have stated as fact some major news was coming every month since June. The $150m to progress the regionals as one example, yet there is never any news.

Anyone who questions your sanity works for BHP's media team, but now I see they've a new job at Maxit.

Try to put your mental issues to one side just for a moment. Asking a thousand questions whilst trying to give an answer, all based on some conspiracy or other isn't going to help you.

Just be honest with yourself and the board. You got your entry horribly wrong, you're so far underwater you're drowning. It happens. I suppose the message for all is don't invest if you're already a deluded, paranoid schizophrenic.

If you don't like volatility in a share, Helium One is probably not the share for you.

If you're risk adverse, then small caps and AIM is probably not for you either.

But, if you are attracted by the potential of massive gains in your investment, don't mind the risks and volatility involved, especially with mining stocks, than in my opinion there is no better company to put your money in than Helium One.

The reason, or reasons are actually quite simple because as an exploration company they have been substantially derisked.

Firstly you have the Southern Rukwa Project in Tanzania. Helium One has successfully drilled and completed what we are told is a very successful Extended Well Test. We know this because Lorna has stated "it was all we hoped for" and "it was very successful and positive", and as for scale she has stated "it is of global significance". To be globally significant it must, in my opinion be in the billions of cubic feet, and if it is, its a find that will be worth billions of dollars.

In parallel we have a fully funded US asset. In two weeks the farm in will be approved. We then have fifteen development (production) wells at the Galactica-Pegasus Project to drill, six of them before Christmas. It is anticipated that the Galactica-Pegasus Project will be generating revenue H1 next year, initially $3m pa to Helium One, assuming the CO2 is included.

The Southern Rukwa Helium Project is awaiting Mining Licence approval anytime in Q4 and its estimated up to 30 development wells will be drilled and production to commence late next year.

So it's highly probable, one might say likely, by the end of next year Helium One will have two producing assets generating substantial revenues.

From any miner, the best play at the moment is Helium and from all the helium companies there is simply nobody better positioned than Helium One.

It's not a question of 'if' this has a substantial rerate its 'when' it does, at least in my opinion.

Others can debate the daily fluctuations either up or down. For me, I'll be patient, focused and confident. GLA

Helium One Global’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Lorna Blaisse commented that she was delighted with the findings from Itumbula West-1, saying they clearly confirmed the presence of the producing helium province in the Rukwa Rift Basin.

She appreciated all collaborators including the Ministry of Minerals and the Mining Commission of Tanzania among others involved in bringing the project to the point of success. Commenting on the findings, Assistant Commission in the Ministry of Minerals,Mr Francis Mihayo said the positive results from the Helium One Global’s exploration deepen hope for helium presence in Tanzania.

He said the discovery of helium stands as the basis for the feasibility study and finally exploitation.

University of Dar es Salaam’s Head of School of Mines and Geosciences, Dr Elisante Mshiu who doubles as the President of the Tanzania Geological Society (TGS) noted that the concentration levels of helium as per the finding signals existence of huge volume of the rarely critical mineral.

“Concentration of 4-7 per cent is massive and is indicating the presence of gas,” Dr Mshiu said.

He said a Feasibility Study will be undertaken at the area followed by setting of demarcation as guide to valuation through calculation in relation to the market price to get the actual volume of helium available.

Dr Mshiu expressed his optimism that the country can emerge as the global leading supplier of helium upon effective exploitation of the discovered deposits.

Interesting that the US International Development Finance Corporation that I have said are likely to be involved in financing the Southern Rukwa Helium Project have just signed a major deal in Tanzania...

Twice as many posts mentioning a certain individual than there are mentioning the company.

Unless people can learn to simply ignore then it's job done as far as they're concerned.

Although this is from last year and prices have doubled, what I thought was of interest was the helium resource that Noble expect to find at Rukwa. 16.5 Bcf from 2 wells.

I hope that will confirm to people when Lorna says this find from Helium One is of global significance its because its of a very large scale and hence very valuable.

In summary HE1 is the opposite to being on a downward trend, being married.

Roger strange post from you. If they had applied for a SML (Special Mining Licence) they would have said so. They didn't they clearly stated they had applied for a ML (Mining Licence). Lorna stated it will take between 3 weeks and 3 months..exactly the timeline of a Mining Licence application. What part of that don't you understand?

Dickie well we know it's the Mining Licence that's been applied for, so UP to 90 days. However we also know that the ESIA work was started many months ago and submitted alongside the Feasibility Study, so I do not forsee any delays from the Environmental side.

So much preparation was done in advance by Helium One, both for ESIA and the sub surface analysis of the region, all in close cooperation with the Mining Authorities, the TIC and Tanzanian Government, all to conclude and be immediately integrated with the EWT and into the Feasibility Study.

If you add Helium One commissioning a Facilities Management company to design the production plant as well as commencing discussions with off-takers and potential JV partners as early as last April, and no less than the President of Tanzania actually name checking Helium in her speech, you can only draw one conclusion, in my opinion anyway...

They have all known for some time this was a unique, high concentration, large scale globally significant helium find.

I expect the ML to be granted very soon!

Cricket I believe the Mining Licence will be awarded next month.

I also believe the drilling of the first of fifteen development wells will begin next month at the Galactica-Pegasus project.

Whilst I think we're another two weeks away on the Mining Licence in the interim period more and more people will be aware of what's in the Feasibility Study.

From what we're seeing it looks like goof news is on the way, and with Lorna stating the EWT was 'all we had hoped for and the EWT was 'a very successful and positive result', finishing with 'the Southern Rukwa Helium Project is of global significance', good news should come as no surprise to anyone.

I've no problem traders taking their profit. The difference this time is they won't get back in.

For me, I'm looking at no fewer than 45 development (production) wells being drilled in the US and Tanzania and production of helium (and CO) by the end of next year.

If you aim for the stars, don't climb a tree.
