Any SP prediction is difficult on AIM but here's what i think. The SP at present does not reflect true market value and the only reason it doesn't is Lornas conservative nature.

Let me expand upon that. The Galactica-Pegasus Project (detailed below) was described by Lorna simply as providing more value than the 10% dilution. Most just see it as HE1 funding 6 development wells, but it is so much bigger. There are already 3 development wells, plus the 6 we are funding, the 6 will fund another 9 and ultimately there could be over 30 production wells in operation, taking our revenues far beyond the stated $3m pa.

Next we have the Southern Rukwa Helium Project. Again, Lorna wouldn't state it was commercial but did state it ticked all the boxes. She wouldn't state the volumes but did state it was globally significant.

All we have as a comparison is Nobles Independent resource auditors, Sewell (NSIA) figures. I believe their resouce estimates for Nobles Rukwa assets will be far lower than Helium Ones, as they have only drilled to shallow depths and i believe we have the best location at Rukwa. But their figures still come in at 3.4 Bcf P90, 18.2 Bcf P50 and 77.8 Bcf P10. So there is absolutely no doubt in my mind Helium One will have found billions of cubic feet of helium worth billions of dollars

All that is left is for Helium One to inform the market of these achievements. When they do, and that WILL be this quarter, what will be SP be by Christmas? Well there is no doubt non dilutive finance will be sorted as will an offtake and or JV with one of the majors..a minimum of 5p would be my guess

Blubay whilst that's very interesting let's just go on the RNS. So have they applied for a Mining Licence or a Special Mining Licence?

· The Company has now submitted a comprehensive Mining Licence ("ML") application to the Ministry of Minerals ("MoM") and Mining Commission ("MC") for the southern Rukwa Helium Project which encompasses the Itumbula, Tai and southern prospective areas for commercial development

· The ML incorporates a detailed feasibility study for the southern Rukwa Helium Project incorporating detailed subsurface modelling and commercial development plan.

Toffers not sure the link is working but a Google search will get it. Just be aware there are different types of mining licenses. A Mining Licence for small to medium companies and a Special Mining Licence for the Majors.

We've applied for a Mining Licence and the suspension relates to the Special Mining Licence.

Toffers if you post something as profound as 'Tanzania has suspended new mining licences', it's probably best to state the facts.

They have actually suspended any new SPECIAL mining licence applications, which are only applicable to the majors who build open pit and block cave mines.

If anything I see this greatly assisting Helium One as the individuals will have a sole focus on applications such as ours.

Ssccss whilst you are obviously entitled to your opinion that this is far from a 'dead cert' and is 'super high risk', I'd beg to differ.

By far the biggest risk of any AIM company is most are not revenue generating. Yet once HE1 get regulatory approval in a weeks time for their farm in at BlueStar an initial 15 development wells will be drilled, all fully funded that will complement the existing wells, and all will start producing revenue HI25. This is not too good to be true, it's a fact.

The other major risk for exploration companies is not finding anything, yet we know from HE1 submitting a Mining Licence application they have indeed found helium. Words from the CEO such as 'this is of global significance', 'the EWT produced very successful and positive results' and 'was all we had hoped for' strongly suggest this will be not only commercial but a find worth billions of dollars. This is not a too good to be true scenario, again this is a fact.

So far from being extremely high risk I'd suggest it's substantially derisked, to the degree that once the above approvals are in, you're looking at a company worth in excess of £500m rather than the current £50m.

But, you're entitled to your opinion and if that's your view, simply invest your money elsewhere.

Down to around 55 trading days left this year in which we can expect:

Bluestar farm in approval.

5 development wells drilled at the Galactica Project.

1 development well drilled at the Pegasus Project.

ESIA approval for the Southern Rukwa Helium Project.

Mining Licence approval for the Southern Rukwa Helium Project.

Offtake and/or JV partner being announced for Southern Rukwa Helium Project.

JV agreement with Tanzanian government for Rukwa.

Bank debt package, if required.

This is as well as the development well results for the US and the commercial business plan details being released for Rukwa.

I'm fortunate I can wait patiently as each item is ticked off, but a very exciting few weeks ahead of us.

Q4 will be a very news rich period, and all of it good news.

I did research Hex. Far too risky with a damaged well, it will be abandoned. And concentration levels far too low, compare with Renergen, HE1, BlueStar, Pulsar..well anyone. It won't end well here.

I've got a better idea. I'm going over to Hex and will post everyday until they stop infesting our board. Come and join me!

Cat I wouldn't bother trying to educate those on here. The collapsed well will fail again, followed by s sidetrack then it'll be damaged beyond repair and abandoned. It'll take many many months before they drill another one, and then...placings start as they've run out of cash.

Meanwhile early revenue for HE1 next year and confirmation of a multi billion dollar find. Either follow the money or prepare to see your investment half staying here.

Toffers I've just posted the Q&A session you eluded to. Sounds to me they favour a debt package, unless a JV is lucrative. Probably coupled with an offtake partner who'd handle the logistics.

Apologies mining licence approval discussed from 54.20 in not 55.20

Blubay you stated you'd been through every interview and couldn't find any mention from Lorna of 3 weeks for the Mining Licence to be approved. So i thought I'd have a look myself and low and behold the first one i looked at 55.20 in Lorna states 'anything from a few weeks..' Now if 4 weeks is a month then I'm sure you'd except 3 weeks is a few weeks?

Rest assured it doesn't matter what anyone says on here, the Mining Licence will be awarded when it's awarded.

However we're all entitled to an opinion. Now I base mine on two things. Firstly you had the President of Tanzania saying she wanted mining companies who had commercial plans for production to have their Mining Licences fast tracked. I've stated before this is important and here's why. All Minerals (as Helium is found within Uranium and thorium minerals as a product of radioactive decay I'm sure it's included), in Tanzania are actually owned by the President and held in trust for the citizens, so when she issues a statement it's acted upon. The TIC have said the same and have consolidated all approval processes under one banner to speed things up. I also noted this article from a couple of months ago:

Speaking with editors in Dar es Salaam on Monday, in run up to the Second CEO Forum scheduled for Arusha next month, the Treasury Registrar (TR), Mr Nehemiah Mchechu said his office has already initiated talks and negotiations with several mining companies operating in the country, for review of benefit-sharing partnership.

“We have been fast tracking completion of mineral contracts review. Under the current law, in the mining sector, the government must have at least 16 per cent stake in the mining companies operating large reserves of mineral activities. “We have already reached a review agreement with at least 10 mining companies and the exercise is ongoing…we expect to reach out to over 200 mining companies under this procedure.

“In fact, we have realised that we need a special unit or department within the TR office to deal with the mining sector.

Now typically a licence will take 90 days, due to the ESIA. This normally takes 60 days for the Environmental agency to approve and a further 30 days for the Minister to approve. BUT everyone wants these licenses to be approved quickly. Delays in production revenue cost the country tens of millions of dollars, something they cannot afford.

How long for our licence? Nobody knows but I very much doubt it'll be 3 months.

Manifesto it's important to note that Lorna only stated a potential 3 weeks for the licence to be approved due to the President of Tanzania stating she wanted projects like this fast tracked. Rest assured if she says something to her officials it's acted upon.

Therefore potential news flow starts next week.

Pub I think you're helium pricing is on the low side. More likely to be between $500-800 Mcf.

Now I'm confused. Helium One did a presentation less than two and a half months ago stating they had budgeted up to $50m for the Rukwa plant, yet after the ongoing discussions with the chosen Facilities Management company, and these have been going on since April, they were pleasantly surprised it would turn out substantially cheaper.

But you guys that aren't actually invested obviously know a lot better than the company themselves. Perhaps you'd be kind enough to inform the company and the Tanzanian Government this isn't really commercial and everyone is wasting their time?

Alternatively I suppose we could just take your comments as more lies, from individuals with less intelligence than a shoelace. Decisions decisions..

Valerie in the states they do, in Tanzania they don't. They are looking at a modular design in the plant, starts around $3m that can process up to $9m pa of helium, scaling up to a $50m plant (approx).

I'd expect the offtake partner to fund the plant and recoup their outlay through a discounted helium deal. Just my thoughts.

Bruh nothing is guaranteed my friend. However HE1 have excellent relationships with local communities, the Tanzanian Investment Centre, Mining Licence and Government officials, and have worked with Tanzanian geologists in Rukwa. They have stated they expect a positive response.

Bruh I think you're a good judge. Hex still has risk on their damaged well whereas HE1 is largely derisked with production wells funded in the states and a 'globally significant find' confirmed in Tanzania.

Personally I think the SP will begin it's upward trajectory in a week or so. Good luck!
