Nothing for traders to get their teeth into and a gradual tick up leaving those on the sidelines watching nervously.

5 trading days before we hit a rich period of news, assuming the ML doesn't get fast tracked.

Bluestar approval, confirmation of deal, 6 production wells, ESIA approval, ML approval, Rukwa resource estimates and production schedule, JV with Tanzanian Government and maybe a major, and offtake agreement.

Of particular interest is Tanzania's relationship with India, bearing in mind India is forecast to have the greatest worldwide growth in Helium.

They are 'Strategic Partners' and 98% of exports from Tanzania to India are tariff free in multi billion dollar bilateral trade.

India are also one of the top five investing countries in strategic projects, with clean drinking water a priority (know anyone anyone who's got a large water supply?).

I've always thought HE1's helium was between two of Tanzania's other major partners, the USA and China, but could the actual destination be on their doorstep in India?

Kat i still find it interesting that Dr Mshiu was talking about Tanzania becoming the world leader in helium production as far back as February. Probably no coincidence that Helium One started discussions with a Facilities Management company on a Production plant barley a month later. All looking very promising.

CP definitely Noble helium, on just before Lorna.

No problem CP. Another good clue as to how long it's been in her diary is on her profile. It states she has led Helium One through Phase 2 of Rukwa with a 'highly significant' flow rate of 4.7%. Absolutely no mention of the EWT.

What I will find interesting is Lorna following Noble in presenting. All interviews I've seen from them they're quite bullish on stating their reservoir and resource estimates. If they do so again, will Lorna stay quiet on ours..or will she trump them with statistics from the Feasibility Study??

The delay in the hearing has allowed Helium One and BlueStar to dot and 'i's and cross the 't's of the contract, so although the deadline of that is the end of October, you would have to assume with six production wells to drill this year, they'd be looking to sign next Thursday. That'd be my guess.

It seems this board is split between two camps. Those invested who are comfortable waiting for news and traders not invested desperate for a lower entry price.

Those invested know there's cash flow till the end of Q2. They know the BlueStar Galactica-Pegasus project already has 3 wells and 6 more production wells fully funded, that in turn will fund an additional 9 wells, with those in turn funding potentially another 12 in the future. Investors also know the production wells will become revenue generating, between $3-5m anytime from April next year.

Investors also know that we have a 'globally significant' Helium discovery in Tanzania, which signifys its billions of cubic feet, which in turn means billions of dollars. Investors also know that there are 3 options to fund the modular production plant. 1. A bank loan. 2. A JV. 3. An offtake agreement, or a mixture of all three, with production again starting next year. Any of the 3 inject tens of millions of dollars into Helium One.

So, to me, Investors already in seem quite bullish as to how this will progress,whilst all the traders sitting on the sidelines can only state 'placing coming'. Isn't it strange not one of them has ever stated exactly what they would need to do placing for?

As we head into another week I'd just like to thank the individual who started the SP prediction by Christmas thread. It enabled me to identify the rest of the individuals whose only interest was to disrupt any meaningful discussion, and to filter them accordingly.

Whilst we've all taken a short term hit with the surprise BlueStar farm in, we have the upside to come with an extensive development well programme in the states and generating first revenues at least six months earlier than we first envisaged, and all the activity in the states is fully funded.

The Mining Licence for Rukwa will be issued, I believe sooner rather than later. I'm sure HE1 believe that as they wouldn't have left their drilling rig hot stacked and would have leased it out for a few months if they thought their application wouldn't be fast tracked, in my opinion anyway.

Now really is the time for calm. A time to focus on the fundamentals not the individuals on here, nor the volatility of the SP. Focus purely on where you think we will be, not where we are, and only on your investment and what you want from it as an individual.

Around 55 trading days left this year, 6 production wells to be drilled and results issued, a Mining Licence to be approved, a commercial plan to be published, a JV with the Tanzanian Government and an offtake and/or JV with a major.

We're into a very news rich period, a true inflection point for Helium One Global. This week, next week. It doesn't matter. All that matters is it's coming and when it does the SP will rerate accordingly.

Any SP prediction is difficult on AIM but here's what i think. The SP at present does not reflect true market value and the only reason it doesn't is Lornas conservative nature.

Let me expand upon that. The Galactica-Pegasus Project (detailed below) was described by Lorna simply as providing more value than the 10% dilution. Most just see it as HE1 funding 6 development wells, but it is so much bigger. There are already 3 development wells, plus the 6 we are funding, the 6 will fund another 9 and ultimately there could be over 30 production wells in operation, taking our revenues far beyond the stated $3m pa.

Next we have the Southern Rukwa Helium Project. Again, Lorna wouldn't state it was commercial but did state it ticked all the boxes. She wouldn't state the volumes but did state it was globally significant.

All we have as a comparison is Nobles Independent resource auditors, Sewell (NSIA) figures. I believe their resouce estimates for Nobles Rukwa assets will be far lower than Helium Ones, as they have only drilled to shallow depths and i believe we have the best location at Rukwa. But their figures still come in at 3.4 Bcf P90, 18.2 Bcf P50 and 77.8 Bcf P10. So there is absolutely no doubt in my mind Helium One will have found billions of cubic feet of helium worth billions of dollars

All that is left is for Helium One to inform the market of these achievements. When they do, and that WILL be this quarter, what will be SP be by Christmas? Well there is no doubt non dilutive finance will be sorted as will an offtake and or JV with one of the majors..a minimum of 5p would be my guess
