Helium One have acquired not only a 50% stake in the Blue Star's Galactica Project but also a similar interest in the leases associated with 61,000 gross acres of acreage in the proven helium fairway of Las Animas County, southern Colorado.
With the initial 6 development wells funding an additional 9, if you add the current State 16 well already in production we'll be getting 50% of the helium and carbon dioxide revenue from Q2 next year, estimated to be $3m per annum, with substantial upside in the additional acreage yet to be explored.
ALL 16 WELLS ARE FULLY FUNDED FOR DRILLING, TIE BACKS, INSTALLATION AND PRODUCTION. Generating revenue substantially derisks Helium One as an investment as it moves them from an exploration company to a production company.
In parallel we await the detailed Feasibility Study and the awarding of the Mining Licence for the Southern Rukwa Helium Project. The Feasibility Study will confirm the long awaited resource estimates which will allow us to put a monetary value on the discovery. What we do know is that the Tanzanian Government appear extremely bullish in their statements as to the size, and that Lorna has stated "the EWT at Rukwa was all we could have hoped for", and "The EWT was extremely successful and positive" and most importantly "The discovery at Rukwa is of global significance".
Although the last comment is subjective, Tai wasn't classified as globally significant yet the CPR signifies there's potentially between 2.8 Bcf to 7 Bcf of helium there. So Rukwa must be bigger?
Maybe 4 Bcf to 10 Bcf? Plus the additional licenses in Southern Rukwa to add.
My guess at this moment in time is this project will deliver anywhere from 10-20 billion cubic feet of helium, from around 30 development wells.
Revenue wise that would equate to appropriately FOUR TO EIGHT BILLION DOLLARS. Staggering really.
The Galactica drilling will commence next month.
The Feasibility Study will be released soon.
The Mining Licence will be awarded soon.
The ESIA approval will be granted soon..
A Debt package, Offtake and or JV, probably a combination of the 3 will follow soon after.
If you think a Mcap of Β£55m is appropriate or overvalued for the above that's fine, continue to bet the SP will fall.
If you think as I do there's a ten fold increase potential then I have no need to give advice as its obvious.
Good luck whatever you decide.
