BlueStar have Form 2 approval to drill the development wells funded by HE1, but they do have to give the surface owner 30 days notice before commencing drilling.

My understanding is that if they confident of the hearing decision they could have submitted it before approval

Failing that 30 days from Form 2 approval date is 2 weeks 2 days.

Either way it's long until our Development..Production drilling commences. Remember we have 6 wells and 6 sets of results to come.

And don't forget they fund another 9 wells, so another 9 results to come.

Then tie ins and production of Helium and CO2.

So plenty of RNS's to look forward to.

Not to mention Rukwa ESIA and Mining Licence approval, the published Feasibility Study, an offtake and or JV partner and a joint venture with the Tanzanian Government.

It won't be boring for long. I've always said December is the month and for good reason.

Also you're right about HE1 not having to worry about transportation, it's called selling at source and HE1 have already stated that's exactly what they intend to do.

Although all the road infrastructure in the attached will be completed by the end of 2025, coincidentally when the production plant should come online.

Whilst there are some comfortably in profit there are many investors currently underwater, including me. So we have excitable rockets on one hand and a depressive outlook on the other, neither of which are balanced and fair as to the current situation.

Whilst I think we are blessed that Helium One have for all intents and purposes declared a discovery of global significance in Tanzania and have taken advantage of a company in distress to steal 50% of a very lucrative near term revenue opportunity in Colorado, it has to said the company has yet to articulate the value of such projects to shareholders, hence the SP languishing at such a low level.

There is nothing sinister about this. I believe we have an ultra conservative board who focus purely on delivery rather than publicly and plaudits as most other helium companies do.

But fear not, the deliverables are coming and coming soon. Over the next four weeks I believe we will see:

*the drilling campaign commence at Galactica

*the Feasibility Study released for Rukwa complete with resource and revenue estimates

*ESIA certificate of approval for Rukwa

*Mining Licence approval for Rukwa

Rest assured that once the above information is released there will be a substantial rerate on the SP, so a little more patience and those who have the mental fortitude to hold and accumulate through troubled times will be handsomely rewarded, in my opinion anyway. GLA

Broomtree, yes indeed I believe there’s upside everywhere you look for Helium One. However I’ve been consistent with my view, the upside will come next month.

Let’s see where it is at the end of Q4 because my guess is it will be multiples of today’s price. I might not be as optimistic as Pub but I would expect 3-4p to be hit this year.

Lawrence BlueStar had really disappointing results on their Voyager project. They have Carbon dioxide with Serenity but that's half the value of Helium and obviously Galactica but they're only left with 50%. If HE1 take all their unexplored licences, which they can for well under $100k then they have no further upside.

To me, Helium One is the sensible investment with upside everywhere you look.

I think there are a maximum of 15 trading days left before we (hopefully) get the ESIA approval.

Half-of-2 it’s not half of BlueStar they can purchase. Here’s the main points, aside from Galactica:

The Company has entered into the Agreement pursuant to which, the Company has agreed to acquire the Interest in Blue Star's Galactica Project and a similar interest in the leases associated with 246 km2 (61,000 gross acres) of acreage.

The Company has also agreed a right of first refusal with Blue Star pursuant to which the Company will be entitled to acquire all other Blue Star helium acreage (other than Blue Star's Serenity prospect) on the same terms as those offered to Blue Star by a third party.

The 61,000 acres relate to all leases currently unexplored by BlueStar so it’s whether we settle for 50% ownership of them or take them over completely.

Dicky the independent Tai CPR stated reserves at between 2.8 Bcf and 7.1 Bcf. The mean average is 4 Bcf. Assuming Rukwa is at least as big, and with continuous helium from surface to basement and it flowing over 5% average on the EWT, even an average on just those two gives 8 Bcf which by any measure equates to billions of dollars of revenue.

Therefore I think the southern Rukwa Helium Project is highly commercial.

One could even say ‘globally significant’.

People can decide for themselves whether they believe revenue will be generated from the USA or not in Q2 25. They are development wells and if successful will become production wells.

From the RNS:

The full development programme for the Galactica Project will require the drilling and tie-back of 15 wells, as well as commissioning of the relevant helium and CO2 processing equipment. The initial programme will require the drilling of six development wells and is commencing in Q4 2024. Once these are complete, it is forecast that the sale of helium and CO2 from these initial wells, will generate sufficient cash to fund the drilling and tie-back of the remaining nine wells as the project is close to existing helium processing facilities, associated infrastructure and downstream users.

The initial wells are expected to be on stream and producing in H1 2025 and an independent third-party competent person's report indicates that an average of approximately US$2 million per annum will accrue to the Company over a period of five years. However, these estimates represent only sales from the production of helium, and the Company believes that the sale of associated CO2 into the local market, could increase this by up to 50%.

Pw with the Mining Licence likely to be sometime in December and the rainy season starting in Tanzania in February it's highly unlikely they'll be drilling until the summer, so you're right. they'll be 15 or 16 production wells generating revenue from the Galactica-Pegasus Project by then, forecast to be $3m per annum. With our own rig more than enough to fund the initial development wells in Tanzania, and they'll adopt the same model with the first 6 funding the next 9, and those 15 funding another 15.

We could well have 45 development wells in operation all funded from the initial BlueStar investment which is already paid for.

All Helium One need to do right now is release the Feasibility Study volumes and projected revenues for us investors, get the ESIA and Mining Licence approvals and decide what majors to choose in offtake and/or JV partnerships.

The future is bright. Focus on the fundamentals because December is where things change for all of us.

The financial situation is actually better than published as they have reduced expenditure by more than $177,600 per annum through relinquishing certain licenses.

They are also awaiting a tax refund from the Tanzanian Government of over $1m and finally the BlueStar farm in stated there was a balance of US$1.18 million in respect of associated fees, legal costs and working capital and development contingencies, which adds more to the pot.

All in all, in excellent financial shape.

Tanzania: Rukwa Receives 60bn

RUKWA Regional Commissioner Ms Queen Sendiga says the region has received a 60bn/-from the central government for construction of road infrastructures and other development projects.

Ms Sendiga said this during an exclusive interview with 'Daily News' over the weekend here in municipality.

"During the years of President Dr Samia Suluhu Hassan leadership the government has endorsed allocation of over 60bn/- for roads construction," she said.

The region has already received over 10.3bn/- for the construction of road infrastructure under the Tanzania National Roads Agency (Tanroads).

Equally she explained that the region administration is extending sincere gratitude to President Samia for the well done job she is doing in the area of infrastructure development construction.

"We have received a lot of money. It's our responsibility to speak for and congratulate the government. Our region is extending sincere gratitude to President Samia for the great work she is doing especially in the area of infrastructure construction," added the RC Sendiga.

Sumbawanga Urban Constituency Member of Parliament, Mr Aeish Hilaly, also said Rukwa has received a huge amount of money, more than ever before for the construction of infrastructure.

In the same event, Mr Hilaly urged Rukwa residents to be vigilant and feel that it was their responsibility to make sure that the infrastructures are well maintained and protected.

"We congratulate the President for the good work she is doing, especially in the construction of infrastructures in Sumbawanga.

In her leadership we have received a lot of money for the construction of infrastructure. It's our responsibility to maintain and secure infrastructures," Mr Hilaly said.

On her part, Acting Tanroads Dodoma Regional Engineer Ms Mgeni Mwanga mentioned various projects implemented in the region, including the construction of 112-km road at tarmac level spanning from Sumbawanga - Matai - Kasanga port at the cost of 133.2bn/-.

"So far the 112 km road infrastructure has reached to Kasanga Port," she added.

She explained that the 25-km Matai - Kasesya road construction at the cost of over 37.3bn/- has reached 20 per cent of completion.

"The feasibility study, detailed design and the preparation of tenders for its construction have been done for the construction of Msagama- Namanyere - Katongoro - New Kipili Port at tarmac level" she noted.

Once regulatory approval is granted this opens up the US and other markets for helium.
