RE: Drown out the noise from both sides22 Nov 2024 12:25
Billy the reasons I hold are as follows:
There are 15 development wells to be drilled in the states, the first 6 funding the additional 9 and these are expected to generate approx $15m in revenue over the next 5 years.
We are on the verge of a Mining License being approved and developing around 30 production wells for the southern Rukwa Project that will undoubtedly bring in a major partner, either offtake, JV or both.
People saying volumes are a guess, but not really. Tai HAS had a CPR, totally independent. Anywhere between 2.8 and 7.1 Billion Cubic Feet of helium. But let’s take the mean average of 4.0 Bcf. That alone makes this commercial with anywhere between $1.2 and $4 billion of helium, depending on where it is sold and to who.
Then we have Itumbula. Continuous helium from surface to basement flowing at over 7% concentration. With multiple faults and fractures, comments like ‘it’s of global significance’ it’s safe to assume it’s at least as big as Tai, so again taking a mean average we’re talking a total of $8 Bcf, generating anywhere between $2.4 and $8 billion revenue. Plus the rest of the project to include.
That’s my take anyway. Not bothered who’s selling at the moment as I’m continuing to buy bringing my average down nicely.
Each to their own.
