Whilst the SP has been disappointing I believe it's more reflective of the market than Helium One. Pulsar is down over 30% from recent highs, Royal Helium and Hex down over 50%, Renergen, Noble and BlueStar over 90% from previous highs.

The Mining sector in general has been in a brutal bear market for probably over a decade, SOLG a company I like a lot has fallen from a high of over 40p to 7p. Personally I think these valuations have to change and it's widely predicted 2025 will see a breakout in all Mining stocks.

With two discoveries across two continents, early revenues and what I believe is a truly massive discovery in Tanzania the fundamentals are sound. It may take a while but value WILL come to Helium One but it's certainly not for the faint hearted.

But the rewards could be truly spectacular, in my opinion anyway.

It's easy to see why the SP has struggled but it doesn't change the fact HE1 now have $11m in the bank, 2 discoveries (one world class and the other of global significance) across 3 projects, along with early revenues next quarter.

The first of our inital 5 development wells finally start next week and the others will rapidly follow.

I'm very confident the Rukwa Licence will be awarded in due course and when it does the true scale of Tanzania will become apparent.

I remain extremely bullish, it's just a waiting game in my opinion but in saying that the above is just that, my opinion.

Despite the delay Helium One remain on track to generate first revenues from Helium and CO2 in Q2

The initial 5 development wells to be drilled are:

1. Jackson 31 SENW

2. Jackson 4L4

3. Jackson-27 SWSE

4.Jackson-29 SWNW

5. Jackson-2 L4

All at the Galactica project. Drilling is planned to start next week. The newly approved wells are located to the south and southwest of the successful State-16 development well, which is suspended for tie into production, and are expected, together with State-16, to form part of the initial gas gathering into the Galactica helium and CO2 production facilities.

Currently, Blue Star has one completed development well waiting for tie-in to production and an inventory of fifteen helium development well locations approved at Galactica including Form 2 approvals for the drilling for eight development wells including those the subject of this announcement plus State-09, -35 and -36 helium development wells.

I agree. Absolutely scandalous that they're working with the Tanzanian authorities to get their Mining license approved for a project of such scale that it's of global significance and in parallel commencing drilling 5 development wells for first revenues in Q2 in Colorado, and yet have no time to tweet anything. Truly scandalous.

Pretty soon we'll know the results of the first 5 development wells in Colorado, which are all fully funded. Upon those results we'll add the State 16 well and hear about the offtake agreements for both the helium and CO2 and therefore know the initial annual revenue to HE1. Personally I believe it'll be around $3.4m pa. Furthermore by multiplying by 5 we can easily work out an average for the anticipated 30 wells for when the Galactica and Pegasus Projects are fully rolled out.

For Rukwa we await the ML approval. Various estimates on reserves have ranged from 50-96 Bcf unrisked but even with recovering 2 Bcf and processing it at 200 million cubic feet a year over the initial 10 year license it would still equate to $100m gross revenue a year with approx $6 pa OPEX on a $50m plant. So to me appears a highly commercial opportunity.

Could I be wrong on everything, absolutely. Are there risks, absolutely.

Do I feel comfortable taking that risk, absolutely.

If it is that big it’s billions not millions

Industry experts widely state there’s at least a 50% profit upon extraction. Obviously the government take 50% of any net profit but it’s highly probable imo a major will pay a substantial sum to be part of a discovery so big, certainly paying for all the infrastructure.

Sometimes when investing you need to use your intellect for market and company research but more often than not when investing in AIM stocks its about having emotional intelligence. So when I see HE1 down 30% in 6 months I look what's happened in that period.

They've completed the farm-in with BlueStar in Colorado.

They've accrued a bank balance of approximately $11m.

They're fully funded for 6 development wells in Colorado, 5 for the Galactica Project which will start next week and 1 for the Pegasus Project.

Revenue is expected to commence next quarter.

For Rukwa they have announced a very successful and positive EWT.

For Rukwa they have announced not only a discovery but one of global significance.

For Rukwa they have left their rig there warm stacked.

They have been assigned a dedicated team by the Tanzanian authorities to progress the Mining Licence application as soon as possible.

The Mining authorities are still referring to Rukwa as positioning Tanzania as a leading global player in helium production.

A budget allocation of $75-100m indicates the plant will be a large scale environment.

An EOI has already been issued for a full production facility again indicating confidence in progressing to production.

In summary, money in the bank, 6 development wells fully funded (with State 16 awaiting tie in), early revenue next quarter and a huge discovery to be progressed in Tanzania.

All in all a total of around 60 development wells to be drilled across three projects in the USA and Tanzania.

For me nothing is priced in and I'll await value to return as and when news is released to the market. In the interim best to switch off, relax. Patience required by all.

Meanwhile there's 5 trading days left before the rig is mobilised in Colorado.

Someone in for 3.1m shares at 0.9 thinks it's time to get in.

Sammy obviously hard to predict with any certainty but personally I'll stick with what I've always thought, somewhere around 3.6-3.8p over the next 6-12 months.

Peaky I believe this will be the greenest most technically advanced project on the planet. Imagine the plant being powered by geothermal energy (perfectly possible in the East African Rift system), the water being used for crops (agriculture is an important economy in Tanzania) and furthermore the nitrogen and hydrogen being used for fertiliser production (it's a stated aim for the government to integrate mining with agriculture). That would leave just the helium gas to sell.

Absolutely zero footprint on the planet and multiple product streams for Helium One.

3rd parties are not the only ones that would want to get involved. International financial institutions would be all over it.

It's exciting to see how this plays out, to me anyway.

Peaky spot on with your assessment. As helium has traditionally been a byproduct of natural gas, and separated from hydrocarbons the technology exists so is initially cheaper but comes with large energy costs.

So whilst the initial set up maybe be more expensive due to being technologically advanced, especially if coupled with geothermal energy, the ongoing running costs would be substantially cheaper especially with concentration levels of helium being substantially higher. So I agree with you.

Lorna may not have told us a lot on volumes, but she does choose her words carefully to steer us on the right path. I've covered 'globally significant' many times and now this from the RNS:

'The Company very much looks forward to developing a partnership with the Government of Tanzania upon the granting of the ML application, in order to develop a flagship helium sector in Tanzania as we advance into development and production'.

I'll focus on 'a flagship sector'. The definition meaning:

*The leading or most important industry within a wider economic sector or market.

*Receiving significant public attention, a key driver of economic growth.

*A strong flagship sector can elevate the overall perception of a region's economy.

I maintain the southern Rukwa Helium Project will be worth billions of dollars and transformational to Helium One.

As always time will tell if I'm right.

John and Juno, I do not compare HE1 with anyone as i already did before investing. Whilst you may both compare Hex to the 50% interest HE1 have in Colorado, most HE1 investors are looking towards the multi billion cubic feet discovery for our returns.
