Let's get things right, HEMO didn't need funding to get their clinical trial started, and I calculate the initial patient should be injected TODAY, they needed funding to inject the patient, monitor them for the crucial 30 days, collate the results AND inject the next patient.

So upon initial success any future raise moving forward will be at a substantially higher SP. What's not to like? Looking further ahead using a discounted cash flow model, you could easily be looking at $500m revenue per annum being generated, with a growth rate of 10% with cost of capital of 15%...

In short you're then looking at a company with a Mcap of $2.5bn, although it's highly likely a Major will jump in and fund future phases of the trial for a piece of the pie before then.

I'd say it's all looking very promising.

Stanford whilst I take your point remember BlueStar are also drilling in parallel at their promising Lincoln County prospect, so maybe that’s a factor.

Blubay with P50 estimates for 675 million cubic feet at Galactica estimated to bring in $7.5m for their 15 wells, and assuming Pegasus would be the same for their 15 wells you’d have $15m pa at $500k per well.

So is it your belief the the southern Rukwa Helium Project is just double the size of our interest in Colorado? Obviously I appreciate we’re all guessing but curious to understand your logic.

Enki regardless of how quickly you (and others) skipped over the BlueStar RNS today, any investor surely can see from the heading that Helium One are not involved in the BlueStar project in Lincoln Country, albeit they are both in Colorado.

I'll repeat one last time, all today's RNS confirms is that the weather has improved so the rig should be mobilised to site this week, as planned.

Folio one thing is certain, Tanzania or HE1 would never leak news on the Mining Licence. They'll want it announced at a big government event, imo.

What's encouraging today is BlueStar commencing their drilling at Lincoln County in Colorado. Although HE1 are not involved it means there's no reason why they won't mobilise the rig to Galactica this week.

Gus if indeed there is an RNS tomorrow it will be to say the rig has been mobilised to site, following the recent RNS which stated:

To avoid anticipated snow and challenging weather conditions in the coming weeks, Blue Star have decided to delay the mobilization of the drilling rig to location. The rig move is now targeted for the week beginning 10 February.

With the rig being mobilised drilling should start later this week at Galactica.

Based upon current prices I estimate the State 16 well will generate $575,000 per annum.

If we assume output for the 5 development wells at Galactica and the 1 development well at Pegasus are the same, initial revenues expected late Q2 would be $4,025,000 per annum for the initial 7 wells.

If we assume all 30 wells perform the same as the State 16 well across the Galactica and Pegasus Projects we are looking at an impressive $17,250,000 per annum gross revenue to Helium One.

If we add the southern Rukwa Helium Project into the mix, a project deemed of global significance we are truly looking at exponential growth in the Helium One share price.

Just my view of things.

What we do know is 200 Mining Licences were awarded last year in Tanzania within a 6 month period, and we're at 5 months next week.

We also know the rig is being mobilised this week to commence the 5 Galactica development wells and 1 Pegasus well, with off-takers for both the Helium and CO2 to be announced leading to first revenues next quarter.

Hold and accumulate.

Wonga I would agree, approval means commercial. Although through confidentiality HE1 have not been able to release volumes and revenue projections as yet, here's an interesting stat from Noble, who are around 18 months behind HE1 having only drilled shallow wells in North Rukwa. They believe they have $7bn worth of helium.

Bear in mind HE1 have first mover advantage on their licences, have drilled deeper, across more faults and fractures..the odds are that HE1 will have far more than $7bn worth of helium.

One might even say it's of GLOBAL SIGNIFICANCE.

With over 200 Mining Licences granted within a 6 month period, anytime from now until the end of Q1 would be my guess. Tick tock.

The Mining Licence being awarded takes away a degree of uncertainty. It also acts as a catalyst as we'll see the Feasibility Study at the same time or shortly after seeing recoverable and probable resources. That in turn will lead to details of bank financing, JV and or offtake partner.

In parallel we'll have the start of our 5 Galactica and 1 Pegasus development well programme in Colorado, first well to be drilled next week with results and subsequent offtake agreements leading to first revenues, not to mention the State 16 well and another 9 at Galactica to follow. 14 wells at Pegasus to follow them.

So for me, it's not where the SP will be upon the ML being awarded, it's where it'll be when Helium One are a major player, or what they're sold for.

Tanzinia is quite advanced in Geothermal wells having worked with their Kenyan counterparts. With a 50% reduction in energy costs and guaranteed availability I think this will be the route HE1 take for the southern Rukwa Helium Project as the Geological conditions are perfect.
