Let's get things right, HEMO didn't need funding to get their clinical trial started, and I calculate the initial patient should be injected TODAY, they needed funding to inject the patient, monitor them for the crucial 30 days, collate the results AND inject the next patient.
So upon initial success any future raise moving forward will be at a substantially higher SP. What's not to like? Looking further ahead using a discounted cash flow model, you could easily be looking at $500m revenue per annum being generated, with a growth rate of 10% with cost of capital of 15%...
In short you're then looking at a company with a Mcap of $2.5bn, although it's highly likely a Major will jump in and fund future phases of the trial for a piece of the pie before then.
I'd say it's all looking very promising.
