Houserules with Hemogenyx fully funded until patient one has hopefully lived for a year just hold tight and hang on as next stops are a £50m mcap, when the big institutional investors pile in followed by a major deal with a pharma.

All in my opinion.

Redno I differ from others as I think HG-CT-01 and CDX, having the same scientific building blocks are too linked for any pharma to take one without the other so I believe the sensible option would be to purchase the company to get some economy of scale.

That being said I believe it’ll be a multi billion sale but as for projections, I’ll be looking for a £50-£70 share price before deciding what to do.

The reality here is P3 is rapidly approaching passing 28 day safety, P1 into their seventh month alive and P2 likewise into their 4th month since being treated with HG-CT-01. Three out of three passing initial safety with no adverse effects after treatment would be an exceptional achievement for Hemogenyx.

If that is the case Hemogenyx complete the first cohort and move onto dose escalation with patient four and as important, commence pediatrics which runs in parallel to adults.

We are firmly in the window where pharma will be interested. HG-CT-01 is probably worth hundreds or millions now or in six months when and if patient one is alive after a year, and nine or ten patients have been successfully treated, including children, this could and would be worth many billions.

Like all 3 patients, the only treatment available to keep them alive was HG-CT-01 from Hemogenyx. Seeing that product candidate moving from the lab to the clinic is really something special.

I’ll always remember Vlad saying he’d keep ownership of a product candidate until it was into the clinic to get true value for shareholders, and we all remember his words from years ago, “billions and years”.

This was announced on the 15th:

Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals plc (LSE: HEMO) is pleased to announce that the third patient has been successfully treated as part of the Company's ongoing Phase I clinical trial of HG-CT-1, its proprietary CAR-T cell therapy for relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia ("R/R AML") in adults.

Treatment of this patient, the final participant in the first adult dose cohort, was made possible after the Company secured special permission from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to proceed under exceptional circumstances. This regulatory clearance reflects the Company's ability to navigate complex clinical challenges to ensure eligible patients can access potentially life-saving therapies.

Completion of the first adult dose cohort, which received the lowest dose of HG-CT-1, represents a pivotal milestone in the Company's trial. If no dose-limiting toxicities are observed, Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals will:

· Advance to the second adult dose cohort at twice the initial dose, and

· Initiate recruitment for the pediatric arm of the trial, addressing a critical unmet need in childhood AML.

So in two weeks we’ll know if all of the initial three patients suffered no adverse effects from treatment. Furthermore we’ll then move to dose escalation and pediatrics running in parallel, with P4 and P1 already funded.

Therefore I see continued momentum in the SP, especially as most holders have sticky fingers and there’s not much stock. This could easily be in the £10-20 range over the next couple of weeks. IMO

Personally I think it’s bloody obvious..the clock is ticking and the data accumulating.

With the current restructuring at HEMO it wouldn’t surprise me if we had a positive announcement on the GRex manufacturing next week, for which HEMO we’re awarded a grant.

When the market opens on Monday it’ll only be a week or so before patient 3 passes 28 day safety which would make it 3 from 3 for Hemogenyx.

Patient 4 is funded as is Patient 1 from pediatrics, which will run in parallel to the adult trial.

Hemogenyx are funded for months now and discounted placings a thing of the past. Every day that passes adds more data and value.

This really is the start of a major rerate and inflection point for the company.

Just consider patient one for a moment, and their family and friends. Diagnosed with a deadly disease lying in their hospital bed with all known treatment options exhausted. Then being offered hope through a trial of a next generation treatment, which led to this announcement on the 24th February:

Today marks day 15 from when patient 3 was treated. It’s now extremely likely that 28 safety will be achieved and 3 out of 3 for HG-CT-01 with no adverse effects, certainly the first 2 didn’t have any.

That’s a remarkable achievement! Well done Vlad and the team. It’s increasingly likely this product candidate is something special, and valuable.

The Sable update at the start of the month stated the Lapon Plant would be ramped up to 20,000 tons of unweathered magnetite per month 'within 2 months' i would therefore expect the imminent corporate update from Kris to state we'll at least be at 50% capacity.

With the additional larger ball mill and offtake agreements to announce we should be in for some exciting times ahead.

Having just raised $771,000 at a premium, awarded a $120,000 to optimise manufacturing and having Prevails premium investment kick in for pediatrics, rather than focus on made up bands I'd rather focus on the facf we have:

*over $1,000,000 to progress HG-CT-01

*patient one alive at over 6 months

*patient two alive at over 3 months

*patient three alive at two weeks

*A very high probability all 3 patients have shown no adverse effects to treatment

*patient 4 fully funded

*patient 1 pediatrics fully funded, which runs in parallel to the adult trial

That being said, if I were to refer to a band, real or made up that I didn't like. Rather than listening I'd just turn the record off.

Tomorrow is highly significant, fourteen days since Patient 3 was treated.

A patient surviving 14 days with no adverse effects from Hemogenyx HG-CT-1 therapy is highly relevant as it indicates a favorable initial safety profile, a critical early milestone in a Phase I clinical trial for a novel CAR-T cell therapy for relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia.

Anyway yes some good reasons to buy but your forgetting the main thing in thay the price is still in a downtrend and testing all time lows. Now this may be the bottom, you may have timed it perfectly but you'd be very VERY lucky if that's the case.

So it appears I was very VERY lucky, or maybe I just know far more about Hemo than you ever will and as I've suggested to you before, sometimes it's better to cease with the know it all self righteous attitude and listen rather than speak.

The patients chosen for this trial had exhausted every treatment option available and to put it bluntly were dying.

It is a truly remarkable achievement to HG-CT-01 and the Hemogenyx team that as of today all three remain alive, the first into their seventh month.

The value to major pharmaceutical companies as well as the patients is immeasurable.
