Sounds like Vlad is very bullish on HEMO CAR-T. Wouldn’t surprise me if the 2nd PQ run has been successfully completed and with comprehensive analytics on the first run his previous tweet of ‘when results exceed all expectations’ still resonates with me. Regardless of the current SP I also remain extremely bullish and firmly believe the inflection point will happen in Q1, which starts in less than two weeks. Gonna be a LOT of disappointment sellers in my opinion. Tick tock.

“Idiots on the X Factor”, an interesting observation. I would like to think it’s a little more sophisticated than that myself. Like for example that every CAR-T run that Hemogenyx have done to date has been successful, that with only two more to do in January and February it’s highly probable that Hemogenyx will submit their IND application early February which would allow them to commence clinical trials in Q1 next year. If, as expected they do you can only look at market stats. The current players in CAR-T (for ALL) are doing between $32m and $140m revenue per quarter. That gives peer level companies in phase 1 CAR-T clinical trials a valuation of anywhere between $75m and a $160m. As others have said this is just one of four product candidates that Hemogenyx have, all fully patent protected. As for your other point “I doubt they have £5m in the bank”. So you’re either saying that both Hemogenyx and the auditors lied when they stated they had over £7m in the bank or that suddenly they have spent over a years cash flow in under three months? I know the new scientists are best in class but I very much doubt even they are paid that much lol. Jog on, it’s a yes from me.

One thing I’ll leave you all with before Christmas is a SP prediction. As you all know EVERYONE has got this woefully wrong in the past so I’ll just focus on facts. With over $6m in the bank, the value of Hemogenyxs 4 product candidates is sitting around $2m per candidate. So if you just take the lead candidate CAR-T, probably two months away from approval for human trials, and at around $400k per patient for thousands of candidates you can see that just for ONE candidate the current valuation for Hemogenyx is woefully inadequate. IF is expected CAR-T actually works and saves lives it substantially reduces risk on CDX, Hu-PHEC and CBR as they’re more likely to work as well. So when people talk of a 1000% increase in the SP there’s a reason. Just my opinion.

I’m sure one thing we can all agree upon is the sooner this year is over the better! So where do we stand going into 2023? Well, firstly we have CBR. Proof of concept was achieved way back on March 3rd and we know for a fact it is being tested on at least three live viruses. Results of these MUST be due soon. The fact that Hemogenyx have applied for a $4m grant and included BIODEFENCE in their literature sounds to me as if they’re very positive as to it working. Secondly we have CDX. I was told a while back they were working on a deal but due to the complexity it was likely it wouldn’t be signed until sometime in Q1. Thirdly we have CAR-T. We have two manufacturing runs to be announced in January and February followed by IND and clinical trials. All in all a very exciting Q1. So sit back enjoy your. Christmas and bring on the new year. Lucan Hemogenyx are on track to file an IND for their CAR-T product candidate in early February. 30 days after that they should commence clinical trials. Coupled with this bath their CBR and CDX bi-specific antibody candidate are due an update in the near future, so in answer to your question, yes something is definitely happening.

Very soon Hemogenyx will be added to a growing list of companies offering CAR-T therapies, and gaining a share is the $25b market that is growing year on year. Over 20,000 new cases of AML in the USA alone and with therapy around $400,000 a patient a real inflection point is coming for Hemogenyx with clinical trials highly likely to begin in Q1. Just one of four valuable product candidates for HEMO, the future looks very bright! Hold and accumulate imo.

I did say they’d have to RNS the results and people should cast their minds back to Vlads recent tweet, where he couldn’t contain his excitement ‘when results exceed all expectations’. I said ar the time that could only refer to HEMO CAR-T! Investors should be VERY excited. CAR-T IS going to the clinic. Now completely derisked. Just a matter of time. Poor old Mr I, hope he’s got a few 100k left lol.

Pumpky Why not ask Mr India, after his mini ramping session urging people to buy he was a large seller again last week. Oh and please don’t reply to me Mr I as I won’t see it, you were filtered long ago.

Hulver Yoi make a good point, they will and do have the capability to insource manufacturing from other companies. The important point is the one Vlad made though, that they can only actually get that sort of business once they have proven they can manufacture CAR-T, and that will only happen upon IND and successful clinical trials. That says to me they’re extremely confident CAR-T will work and by definition save lives.

HT I said ages ago he was selling. He also posted he had got down to an average of 2.6, followed by a recent post he needed a 500% rise just to break even. Now he’s either very poor at maths, a compulsive liar or Tuans alter ego. My guess is all three.

As for Tuan he’s a well known shorter under a different alias but very much an Englishman, best ignored and providing nothing but amusement. There are similarities with Mr India in the fact he should also be ignored. It’s ironic that he’s not actually lost anything as the money was gifted to him and anyone with over 200k in the bank who chooses to be greedy and gamble on it deserves no sympathy at all. As for Vlad being a liar, he has a point but at this stage of Hemogenyxs development it’s important to look at the positives. You simply don’t move into a 10,000 square foot new laboratory, install two clean rooms to manufacture your own products and ramp up fully qualified staff if you don’t think you’ll have something to manufacture! CAR-T will have an IND application early next year and Hemogenyx will become a clinical company in Q1, in my opinion anyway. I also expect positive developments on both CDX and more importantly CBR and I expect them either before r during Q1. Any sensible person would keep their mouths shut until then, but certainly not a couple of individuals on here.

JHFH not a bad synopsis of Vlads performance, or lack of it. Add in all his interviews from 2016 where he stated Hu-PHEC would be clinical in 2018, CDX would be 2019, CAR-T would be 2020 and you begin to see the problem. Even with CAR-T PIND last December he stated IND would be last June. Maybe it’s a Russian thing where you know they are lying..when they open their mouth. Ho hum, let’s hope he’s actually telling the truth this time and CAR-T goes clinical Q1 2023. I’ll believe it when I see it..and obviously all investors think the same.

‘When results exceed expectations’. Well the only results I can think of that are due are the manufacturing runs of CAR-T. So personal account or not I see it as a very positive sign. If it is, he’ll have to RNS it next week.

HT when I looked a few months back the market average of a small pharma entering phase 1 clinical trials was around $150m. Not sure what the market has done since then but either way should be north of a $100m Mcap. Bearing in mind that Hemogenyx are doing extensive analytical studies on their results there should be an excellent chance of the product working if they get to that stage. Just my opinion.

Dhub I wouldn’t necessarily agree as I’m pretty certain the first manufacturing run will have been completed by mid December and they would have to RNS the results. Either way as someone who’s not selling for many months I’m quite happy with those that are selling as I’d rather they are out when news does eventually hit, and there is a lot to come. Just a matter of time now, 4 weeks to the Christmas break then we’re into Q1.

HT I think that’s exactly what they intend to do, ideally sell it off and use the funds to progress both CBR and CAR-T through clinical trials. I expect an announcement on CDX to be made in Q1.

HT I had it confirmed in my communications with them they had indeed applied for the grant. It is a lot more complex than they thought it would be but they are progressing.

Worth noting a management team including Feldmann and Shepard, who are directly responsible for bringing two of the five leading worldwide drugs to market, the scientific genius of Vlad, and this guy deciding to join Hemogenyx. All the signs are there that not only will they become a clinical company in Q1 but their products will actually work and save lives. Only a little more patience required for investors!

Breakout! Quite ironic as a certain crook will be spending the next 100 years in jail lol. As for IND and clinical trials, I’ll confidently stand by my previous posts they’ll both happen in Q1. We’ll be many multiples of our current SP in the next 50 trading days. Happy days.
