CAR-T PQ3, IND and clinical trials will be a real inflection point for Hemogenyx but I assure you that once in Vivo results for CBR are announced, major partners will quickly be signed and Hemogenyx will go stratospheric. People must realise CBR is totally unique and a real paradigm shift in the treatment of viral diseases. The value of it? PRICELESS! We’ll soon all know why Vlad is so f•••king excited!!

Re timeline for CBR, as they started tests on live viruses at the beginning of January I would anticipate results being anytime now, probably before they submit IND for CAR-T early February. Just my opinion.

Hi Micky At this stage I honestly don’t know anything about the new exciting development with CBR. What I do know is that they are testing CBR in a government approved laboratory on a multitude of viruses including Covid, and I believe that includes all the variants, even the latest strain. I would appear Vlad is very confident it will work.

Micky please also remember we haven’t had ANY of the news we’re expecting yet.

That’s not to mention any partnerships or collaborations that might be announced. Stay patient a little longer. You’ll make a lot of money in the very near future.

2 You wait three weeks and in that time you have PQ3 results, a CBR update and an IND application.
The choice is solely yours, it matters not to me.

So Vlad tweets ‘another one bites the dust’ as J&J announce their second attempt at an HIV vaccine has failed. This follows his tweet ‘Monday Monday so good to me’ just after he returned from the conference and preceding that was his tweet in which he mentioned ‘rejuvenated partners’. For those new to Hemogenyx it’s worth pointing out that Hemogenyx had a multi year collaboration that ended with none other than J&J. Could it be J&J have abandoned their own efforts? It’s nothing more than speculation on my part but could it be that J&J are about to become the partner of Hemogenyx to take CBR into the clinic? It would give HEMO two bites of the cherry as in just over two months they’ll hear from the bio-defense group and find out whether CBR will be fast tracked into clinical trials. I know Vlad is extremely confident on its ability to achieve proof of concept. I don’t think we’ll have to wait much longer to find out the in vivo results on a multitude of live viruses, probably come in between PQ3 and IND. Pinching myself at the potential here. Exciting times!

What investors should take from that article is the Hemogenyx have a Product Candidate for CAR-T in HEMO CAR-T, they have a Monoclonal Antibody candidate with CDX, and they cover Covid through their CBR platform, and use AI in their development. In fact there’s an argument to be made is that all he did at the conference was talk to Vlad lol.

Let’s hope so for Sunnys sake or he’ll face 3 years in jail and an unlimited fine for posting false information and market abuse. Tick tock.

Most here are well aware that the last trial run (PQ3) is due for HEMO CAR-T any day now, to be followed by IND in February. If all goes well that should make Hemogenyx a clinical company by the end of this quarter. All of these stages will lead to an increase in the SP, and becoming clinical will become the inflection point many have waited years for. Also in this quarter there’s a good chance we’ll hear that CBR works on multiple live viruses. This is coupled with the decision of the Bio Defense group as to whether to grant Hemogenyx $4m towards their research. This isn’t actually the main thing though, the main thing is that if successful Hemogenyx will get CBR fast tracked into clinical trials. Well into Q1 now and by the end of it I think you’ll find all that wait will be extremely happy. Personally I’ll be very surprised if the SP is not into double figures.

New thread for the sensible. PQ3 results are due, high probability this week. If I were to guess I’d say tomorrow or Thursday. As it’s exactly the same test as PQ2 no reason why it will not be successful. SP on results..nearer 5p imo.

Whilst I appreciate the kind words let’s not forget who the true hero’s are, and that’s Vlad and his amazing team of scientists. To get no less than four product candidates fully patent protected and viable for clinical trials, on a tenth of the budget of most competitors, is a truly outstanding achievement. Whilst it’s a great feeling to have chosen a successful company, both for ego and financial balance, let’s also not forget what we’re helping to achieve. There are literally people dying of AML as we speak, and others very seriously ill in hospital beds with little to no hope of surviving. Hemogenyx over the next few months will be transforming the lives of those individuals and their families and giving them a future. That’s priceless and I think we should be proud we all played a small part. Hopefully in the near future we can get together and all raise a glass ‘to Hemogenyx’

Dhub Similar to JHFH I feel I’ve done my bit, which was to try to convince those underwater to hold and be patient as I had no doubt Hemogenyx would rerate given time. The boards quite busy so happy to stand aside but I’ll be back to post the next time I have a conversation with HEMO. Well done on your holding by the way, very impressive!

After talking to Hemogenyx I asked for and was given permission to post on our conversation:

* CDX is progressing well and Hemogenyx are working with one of the leading global pharmaceutical companies in the world to take it forward to IND.
* CAR-T is also progressing well and PQ3 results will be announced within the next 10 trading days with IND following shortly after. It’s important to note that if no questions are raised by the FDA in 28-30 days Hemogenyx immediately became a clinical company.
* CBR The absolute jewel in the crown, and why Vlad is so excited! At present Hemogenyx are testing CBR on multiple viruses, one of which is Covid. This includes ALL variants including the latest strain from China. With vaccines being nearly 70% less effective it is quite possible Hemogenyx will be first to market with a cure. Vlad is VERY bullish on this becoming a real paradigm shift in the world of treatment for viral diseases. In fact Hemogenyx believe CBR will become the Microsoft of the pharmaceutical world.
I am told large investors are buying, the biggest of pharmaceutical companies are interested in getting involved in progressing CBR and Institutional Investors are on the sidelines waiting for the opportunity to buy in. How do you put a value on the above? Certainly I’ve set a new target this year and that’s between 50p and £1. Not without risk and a lot of work to do, but I’m holding ALL my shares for a long long time. GLA
