With buys totalling £258,000 against sales of £60,000 today does anyone have any idea why the SP didn’t move?

Pumpky obviously investing isn’t your strong point. I said a long time ago that Hemogenyx were aiming for w/c 6th to submit IND, which will take them within 30 days of being a clinical company. However, you choose to throw good money after bad in a dog of a share rather than invest in HEMO days before a substantial rerate. Unfortunately you’re one of the 4/5ths of people that will always lose money. Oh apologies I know you and your loser mate Digitt don’t like fractions. Watch on and weep lol. Agreed, decent article Mr I. However, slightly misleading in his comments. ‘Nowhere close’ is subjective. Bearing in mind a drug usually takes a decade of development before going commercial HEMO CAR-T is 4/5ths of the way there bearing in mind their clinical trials are anticipated to last two years. That’s when they could generate revenue from the therapy. As for regulatory approval, well it’s anticipated IND will be submitted as early as next week, so we’ll know whether they have clearance from the FDA 30 days from submission, when not only will HEMO CaR-T therapy be used in its first human but that’s when Hemogenyx will officially be designated a clinical company. Loads of milestones to achieve and each an inflection point in their own right. Personally I think CAR-T will be sold for a lot of money long before trials are completed. And that’s just one product candidate. CDX as well as CBR to progress in parallel. Very little risk, huge upside imo.

Shares my understanding is they’re very interested in CBR, just waiting for in vivo results before progressing, which shouldn’t be long as they started the beginning of January.

Interesting that companies awarded grants so far were announced by the New York Governor, who has already visited the Hemogenyx laboratory.

Let it roll. You are correct if Hemogenyx were offered the $4m grant for CBR the company would match it and therefore have an $8m budget to progress it. If successful they would also get a fast track into clinical trials.

Micky I understand the placing was to progress an opportunity so can only assume that if it were with a partner both parties would agree equal resourcing levels. Just guessing on that point, we should soon hear details.

Difficult to know what will come first. I don’t think HEMO will release news on their CAR-T 3rd party validation I think they’ll go straight to IND submission. There’s also CBR in vivo results to come and that could be bigger than CAR-T if positive. Finally I have the feeling they’ll be an announcement on a partnership for one of the product candidates. I have no idea which will come first but what I am sure about is we won’t have to wait that long. GLA

I think the individual was already a holder and didn’t participate in the placing. Just my thoughts.

My take on the current situation is this. Firstly I think the drop below the placing price has been largely caused by one individual who’s thrown his toys out the pram over the placing. If I’m right he shouldn’t have many left and we should bounce back up soon. Regarding the placing I don’t think Hemogenyx needed the money at all so therefore some sort of opportunity must have arisen and again if I’m correct an announcement, maybe with a partner should be announced very soon. Vlad is working with the government on proving CBR in vivo to qualify for the grant and CBR is on track for IND in a matter of days so as far as I’m sure I still believe we’re in for a great couple of months. All in my opinion of course.

The fact Hemogenyx should qualify for the bio defence grant is excellent. The maximum will be $4m so considering they’ve just raised an additional £4m will mean they would have £6.5m to progress CAR-T through phase one clinical trials and an additional £6.5m to achieve proof of concept for CBR. In excellent shape for 2023 and still vastly undervalued imo.
