Well we’ll obviously have more chance to have passed/gained IND when we actually hear it’s gone in lol. Once we do we’ll have a 30 day wait (assuming no objections) before Hemogenyx officially becomes a clinical stage company and human trials can commence. You obviously have a right to be nervous but to me, with Feldmann and Shepard who have already brought 2 of the top 5 selling drugs to market, working with Lachman Consultants who are full of ex FDA staff, collaborating with Penn University who are world leaders in CAR-T therapy, having a weekly dialogue with the FDA for over a year and having already run 3 PQ runs which were all successful, I remain on the excited anticipation side. The longer it takes the more chance of other news coming first giving us a better base which I think would be good news. Just a matter of time imo. Pharma and patience go hand in hand.

From the latest tweets I wonder if Hemogenyx are trying to get their manufacturing process down from 12 days to 2.

Wow, nearly 18 months since moving to the new 10,000 sf laboratory. The thing I really took from it was Vlads comment ‘it gives us the flexibility to move into larger premises without penalty’. Sounds to me he has huge plans for HEMOs product candidates. Not long now. Tick tock.

JHFH The importance of the grant is that it guarantees fast track of both IP approval and clinical trials but I agree the money is of far less importance as of it works as expected money will be forthcoming from multiple sources.

Socialist I understand Hemogenyx have agreed for an as yet unnamed partner to do some work for them, I’m hoping that’s on CBR. Hopefully we’ll get news on this soon once the partner has agreed to be named. It might well coincide with in vivo results.

What we do know is that the date for a decision on the Bio Defence grant of $4m was 21st March. We also know that those deciding wanted to know that CBR worked in vivo before deciding whether to allocate Hemogenyx the money. As such HEMO started in vivo testing in liaison with the US government in a government owned and certified laboratory for Covid, Marburg and the closely related Ebola at the start of January. We also know that if successful with the grant Hemogenyx would be granted fast track approval into clinical trials. So anytime from now and one month we’ll know the true scope of CBR!

Mr I It’s not when the news comes out that’s important it’s the fact that when it does it’s positive and all indications say it will be. We know IND will be soon and Vlad’s tweet on a recent CAR-T report states ‘AML will be next’ so he’s confident. HEMO are testing CBR in vivo with the US government against highly infectious diseases. They started early January so news shouldn’t be too long and I believe they are just waiting for a partner to allow them to release their name for a body of work they’re doing for them. News will be released when ready.

From what I understand our IND has been with our consultants for a while, I’m pretty sure that’s Lachman. Final checks I would assume?

Stu let’s be clear, it was Vlad himself who set a target for submission of IND for the first week of February and the so called ‘gang’ that you constantly elude to were only relaying conversations with Hemogenyx themselves who to quote said ‘the IND was very close’ to being submitted. So I’d let Vlad think for himself rather than speculate he’s unhappy.

I’d agree with JHFH far more likely they’d complete phase 1/2a of HEMO CAR-T and sell it off for £150m and focus on CBR that will have a multitude of products within it, not only viruses but cancer as well. They’d also then have the cash to take CDX into the clinic. Could go a multitude of ways, hence the excitement.

Only if he received an offer Vlad is not in control of his own destiny after the share dilution. I think for existing holders it would be madness to vote against an offer that values the company at 50p a share. Massive upside with none of the risk..I’d bite their arm off lol.

Hi Charles I thought it had been submitted but now am happy just to wait for HEMO to announce it.

Quick apology to Stu, my information was that IND was going to be submitted a bit earlier than what has transpired. As Pumpky says 23 days from the last PQ run but if I’m not mistaken HEMO took 24 days to test and analyse? So, surely must be close now?

Hedge I’d say IND is 100%. You also missed in vivo results for CBR and if positive the bio defense update/grant goes up to at least 80% as does the fast track into clinical trials.

Morning Tilly. Ideal situation, a plethora of news due but nobody sure what’s going to hit and when. Anything that’s makes life difficult for traders is great news for investors, no false spikes just sustained steady rises. We wait…

Morning Tilly As you have always eluded to, madness to consider selling until the major rerate upon commencement of clinical trials which could be just over a month away. That’s not to say we won’t be considerably higher by then with a multitude of other news due, not least IND and CBR. Good weeks ahead IMO.
