Stu here’s my suggestion why they won’t give a timeline for IND submission, it’s so close there is no need. You are obviously entitled to your view but if you think there’s a delay and problems just don’t buy any shares and move onto another board. It’s not complicated is it?

I think Mr India has sold many millions (maybe 10m) of shares over the last couple of weeks. Great that he’s out, nearly out as he’s definitely been suppressing the SP of late. Just my opinion but I think we’ll start to move upwards now and I don’t know of any other major holders selling. I wouldn’t worry about Stu either, certainly nothing wrong that I heard about that today and I’d rather listen to the company rather than him. Why he bothers posting I don’t know, perhaps he’ll even buy some one day?

You are quite right Mr I, Vlad has certainly not covered himself in glory and I for one don’t like him at all..in his role as CEO. However I believe in the science and that is the thing that will ultimately deliver the value. But again if there is no trust in the company then steer well clear. Investing is all about opinions.

Mr I it’s no wonder you always lose money SNG is old news, I was in at 34p and out at £2 ages ago, think your mate Stu bought my shares lol. At least you’ll keep what’s left in your bank account. A wise move for someone like you. Good luck in the future.

Pumpky my understanding is my take on a conversation I had with Hemogenyx today. They’re obviously not in a position to confirm dates or anything confidential hence it’s mr ‘understanding’ or where they are at. One thing I do know for certain is they’re in a very positive mindset and I remain convinced that they’ll be a clinical company sooner than later and that CBR will be proven to be as good as Vlad says it is. Lots going on with little visibility to investors but that’ll come. That’s my opinion. Anyone has doubts sell up like Mr India or just don’t buy them. Simple really.

I know recent posts from Hemoknowledge have caused some investors concern, not least as it appeared he was indeed ‘knowledgeable’ about Hemogenyx, with some (including me) who thought he either worked for Hemogenyx or was actually Vlad posting. With that in mind I contacted Hemogenyx today and had it confirmed that this particular poster is in NO WAY connected to Hemogenyx and has absolutely no idea what is going on within the company. That being said, it is my understanding that Hemogenyx are indeed looking at a non dilutive funding option to progress their CBR platform. However I have no idea whether this is through the New York Bio Defense commercialisation fund, or through their government work doing in vivo tests in a government approved laboratory. Either grant would be tremendous and the latter could be unlimited with the associated benefits that would bring. So CBR is progressing and in vivo results are expected in the near future. CAR-T IND, all scientific work IS complete and as soon as Vlad is happy it will be submitted. I obviously don’t know when but it must be soon? Obviously the above is all in my opinion and my understanding of where they are at. I for one am back to being very positive and bullish as to what is coming, whether you buy sell or hold is up to each individual to decide. GLA.

Dingo I get every press release from the New York Governor so as soon as she announces it I’ll post it on here. I have to say I’m not optimistic at all but you never know. Fingers crossed Vlad has seen the value in applying. On the positive side the CAR-T IND must come eventually, as must the CBR in vivo results. Hopefully we’ll get some news before the financial reports but you never know with Vlad so it’s just a waiting game at the moment.

Hedge I disagree, if you look at the last RNS CBR is now their second priority with CDX being put back to later this year. The bio defense market is huge so therefore I’d be disappointed if HEMO haven’t applied for or are unsuccessful in their application for the NY bio defense grant. Not because of the money but the fact it allows a fast track for CBR into clinical trials if they were successful. As soon as round 2 successful applicants are known I’ll inform the board whether HEMO were on it but judging by Hemoknowledge’s posts it looks unlikely they’ve even applied. I’m pretty sure whoever he is he works for HEMO so probably worth taking notice of. As always time will tell.

Hemoknowledge I have no problem posting if you confirm the following from the trashy posts you have been forced to read, that make you puke if I remember correctly.

1. How do you know Vlads tweets are pure speculation!
2. You state my posts are written as fact and they are not. How do you know they are not?

It seems to me the only person to truly know would be Vlad himself and surely you can’t be him because I would have thought he had better things to do like deliver some value to shareholders!

So please confirm how you know for a fact what you have stated because if you can’t I would suggest you please keep quiet as you’re confusing the situation.

Hemoknowledge If CBR has a target of BioDefence then why would Hemogenyx not even apply for a grant in their own state of New York when they would have up to $4m of matched working capital. Surely CBR matches all of the criteria of the grant and surely any company that’s applied doesn’t announce they have applied they announce it if they were successful in their application? You always appear to take the higher ground with a know it all approach in your posts so I’d be interested in your thoughts as to why you think they wouldn’t have applied for the grant.

Brendy although I think the iND will be submitted this week that’s probably right as I think the UK office have already broken up for Easter, so either we’ll hear later this afternoon or it’ll be early next week. Imo anyway.

I don’t think anyone can deny Vlad runs Hemogenyx as though it is his own private company and he clearly has little or no regard for his shareholders. The WuXi and Selexis agreements were both meant to ‘accelerate CAR-T and CDX into the clinic, as was the recent placement but clearly nothing has been ‘accelerated’ to date with projections constantly missed. However we do know that IND is coming and I believe it must be soon, either tomorrow or Thursday would be my guess. If it isn’t submitted by then I cannot fathom what the reason would be. We have CBR which we’re led to believe in vitro tests began in early January. How long would such tests take on killer viruses? No idea but surely not this long? On the bio defence grant, at least we should know by the 11th because that’s when they should be announced, not by HEMO by the New York Governor so even Vlad can’t delay that. That leads me to the recent placement. Again we have absolutely no idea why they raised additional money they had said they didn’t need. The only reason that makes sense is they’re confident of getting the bio defence grant and they’ve raised the ‘matched funds’ that were required. That would fit with Vlad advertising for a senior scientist to progress CBR into product candidates. So the science looks great but Vlad as a CEO, I think the jury is definitely out. Next few days and weeks are going to be critical to the progression of the company. You might well be right Vlad that the SP will rerate on the science…just don’t forget to tell us about it! Still very confident and still patiently waiting. GLA

I know people are getting impatient, some that we know more than others. My understanding is Vlad is working as fast as he can, it’s an exceptionally long document and Hemogenyx want to make absolutely sure the FDA have nothing to come back to them on. Makes sense to me and I wouldn’t think we have too long to wait now. GLA

Mr India you are again showing your naivety. Check out the definition of ramping, it includes selling the stock after it has risen, and as far as I can see you’re the only major holder that’s been selling of late! All other major holders I know that are positive towards the stock are holding with very sticky fingers, and why wouldn’t we with so much positive news due. Yes it’s late as always with HEMO but most factor that into their investment. Hopefully you haven’t got that many left, probably be out just before news hits. What a shame that will be to see you gone! I count the days.

Pumpky you could also go back to Pind 15 months ago where Vlad stated IND was expected last June. It is was it is, we knew 3 PQ runs, analytical and 3rd party tests were required, they’re all completed now. No reason for further delay, it will be submitted very soon, indeed for all we know it might now be in. Absolutely no reason it isn’t.

A quick recap of what we know:

1. We are just waiting for the IND to be approved by Vlad before submission. No reason why it won’t be this week.
2. Maybe we’ll hear about their clinical partner who covers the whole of the USA? Personally I think it might be J&J. Check out their work on CAR-T to see why.
3. We know testing for CBR started early January in a government approved lab, results must be out soon, surely?
4. The successful applicants for the bio defence grant should be known by the 11th, could mean fast track into the clinic for CBR if successful.
5. It’s been quiet on CDX since the master cell line was completed by Selexis and Hemogenyx were granted patent protection in China. Maybe a surprise update due?
6. Clinical trials for CAR-T could be fast tracked by the FDA and still hope we’ll get approval to proceed before financial results are published at the end of this month.

Either way, a really news rich period and all of it expected to be good. Financial results will put meat in the bone for areas Vlad doesn’t always provide. Hold and accumulate for me. GLA.

Rather than let the idiot One2One take over the content on the board, which is obviously his mission to disrupt from content on progress, I’d advise any sensible investor to just filter him and let him talk to himself. Responding to him just feeds his agenda.
