When you consider the fact Rob Edwards stated only two weeks ago they have one (maybe two) strategic investors who consist of ' a very high quality group of companies' who are looking to put some 'serious capital' into both their Greenland and Finland strategic targets, and that KoBold, who have already spent around $13m are committed to add to that with a drilling budget of $11.6m for 2024 I think it highly unlikely that Bluejay will be raising funds at 0.5 or anything like current levels. Between now and the end of Q4 we'll have the Finnish drill results that started in May, we'll have the drilling program from KoBold for Disko and we'll have substantial capital from one or more partners. If people want to wait for 0.5 as an entry then please go ahead but in my view you'll be waiting for ever cause it isn't going to happen..EVER.

For me personally it's a massive opportunity with no emotion attached at all. Is it a gamble? 100% as all mining is but if anyone can find huge deposits in my view it's KoBold, and already a $1.3bn company. They've partnered 2 majors and Bluejay which tells me all I need to know about the Tier 1 potential that is there. Plus Finland, the odds seem favourable to me.

Yos if you take him at his word, as I do, with his confident statement if can only mean one thing...they already have a good idea of the MRE in Finland. With KoBold and at least one JV to be announced I expect over $20m of drilling activity next year (and that's not including Metals One which they retain a 30% interest in), all without Bluejay financing anything. I can see why Rob is so bullish even in these troubled times. A little bit of good fortune and I think we'll have a Mcap well in excess of £100m. Obviously all just my opinion.

I'm a relatively new investor in Bluejay and although 20% down in a short space of time I'm still very optimistic of the potential here. Pretty sure we'll be getting good drill results from Finland very soon and I'm confident KoBold will drill extensively in Disko next summer. Bearing in mind they have already spent 4 times the amount initially budgeted for, I see them as a very exciting long term partner. BoD seem very confident of bringing at least 1 possibly 2 major miners on board this year, I see nothing but substantial upside as news is released on multiple fronts. Obviously maybe completely wrong but that's for each person to decide. One thing for certain, those that got spooked and sold at 60-70 will very much regret their decision. Hold and accumulate for me.

What is clear is that Hemoknowledge IS Vlad and what concerns me more than not applying for the grant is his total disregard for shareholders, I suppose best summed up by his comment ‘this board makes me puke’. As JHFH states he was quite happy to dilute holders for further cash rather than take a matched funding option (which many believe they were perfect for) safe in the knowledge it wouldn’t affect him by awarding himself preferred options. Although very disappointing it doesn’t really affect us in the short term as CBR is some way off and CAR-T has always been the inflection point.

Micky as well as them having an unnamed partner to manage their CAT trials (subject to Master Service Agreement being signed) they also have an unnamed partner assisting them with their in vivo testing on live viruses with CBR. Hopefully we’ll know sooner rather than later who they are.

JHFH personally I believe Kia’s have the best electric cars, but I would say that as I have one! As for HEMO and the drop today, I get the frustration but let’s have some sympathy for Vlad, putting together a document that’s over a thousand pages long, it multiple different sources from different companies can’t be easy. It’s taking longer than expected to get into shape but I doubt it’ll be much longer. All in my opinion.

Kevin Hu-PHEC was granted orphan drug status a long time ago but has since been put on the back burner, as has their CDX antibody to some degree whilst they focus on getting CAR-T into clinical trials and proving their CBR platform on live viruses. I really wouldn’t refer to their website, it’s years out of date, far better to read their RNS history.

I would agree. Looks to me as though a bit of selling forced the ask down and he/she took advantage. Difficult to know for sure but certainly the ask went up after the trade. All irrelevant really as the price is what it is and as I expected it’s gradually creeping up in advance of news. More of the same tomorrow, unless of course there’s the news we want.

Hedge the science is proven so all people can do now is post on Vlads options to try to create some uncertainty. The bottom line is that the SP is on an upward curve as we approach a major infection point for the company. Those who are short or out are just going to have to live with it.

4.2 before placing with minor dilution. That was BEFORE the successful scientific work was completed for CAR-T so anyone suggesting an IND application being submitted won’t lead to a substantial rerate is an imbecile, or someone who hasn’t actually bought any yet because his/her money is tied up elsewhere. Seible From the date of receipt the FDA have a maximum of 30 days to ask for clarification or lodge objections. After the period, if nothing is received Hemogenyx officially became a clinical company and commence phase 1 trials. However it’s possible the FDA may grant fast track approval allowing Hemogenyx to commence trials earlier. Between the IND and clinical trials Hemogenyx will have an additional RNS to issue, that’s the Master Service Agreement being signed with the pharma that will run the trials on their behalf. CBR in vivo tests on live viruses in early January so one would assume that results should be published in the near future as well. Things look very promising, we now await official news.

It’s Memorial Day and a federal holiday.

I would say with a holiday in both England and the states today Wednesday is the most likely day to get news. Certainly should be this week and once the IND is in the road to become a clinical company becomes tangible and trials can be planned. Within the 30 days it’s highly likely we’ll have a very significant RNS on a Master Service Agreement with a very major pharmaceutical company who will manage the trials on Hemogenyxs behalf, and this coupled with Vlads share options based upon the FDA having no objections to trials commencing shows a high degree of confidence of success. Can’t be long before the major rerate of the SP to recognise the progress made.

pw I’m sure we’ll see a more positive Stu when he’s able to release funds from the share he’s stuck in recovers so he can ACTUALLY buy some HEMO. Think he’ll be too late myself, hope so anyway as he spends his life trying to cost other investors money based purely on his selfish interests.

Doesn’t look like we’ll get those celebration drinks after all JHFH. Stu says the market has already priced in the IND and that why would the SP rise on that anyway? Whilst some might say it takes them 30 days away from being an R&D company to a fully fledged clinical company, and that peer level companies are valued anywhere from £75m to £150m maybe Stu talks a lot of sense? Then again maybe not. See you in London in a couple of months lol.

In my mind there is nothing to be negative about from today’s news. Firstly Vlad and his wife have options to buy above the current SP. As people have eluded to they will wait until they are far higher, probably towards double figures before exercising and just bank a well deserved profit.
My take is the following. Firstly we’ll have the IND application, probably next week. Then we’ll have the Master Service agreement with a major pharma (my guess is J&J) for the roll out of CAR-T clinical trials. Next we’ll get the CBR update to confirm it works on a multitude of live viruses. Finally we’ll have approval (no FDA objections) to commence clinical trials. IF all the above turn out to be correct and true I would expect J&J (or whoever rolls out CAR-T) to purchase it from Hemogenyx and take it through to phase 3 and commercial roll out. That’s my view of how HEMO progress, I’m not advocating anyone buy but in MY view the next few weeks DO mean a substantial rerate and I’d be very surprised if it’s under 3p in the coming weeks. GLA
