Building an investment pot in HEMO has been akin to building a sandcastle in choppy waters, every time you’ve built it up the tide has come in and the waves have swept most of it away. The trick has been to never give up and to keep building knowing that one day the tide will go out and the water will be calm. Well now is that time, the tide is turning so build away, there is no limit to how high it could go, especially with the foundations being so solid. Oh, from what I can see, the tides out from around 7 o’clock Monday morning and it’ll be out for a long long time, so for all those who stomped off the beach in a huff, not to worry building sandcastles isn’t for everyone.

As the lunatics have taken over the asylum I’m quite happy to let them get on with it. People know my views and I’m very bullish on Hemogenyx. So whether you hold, buy or sell it matters not to me. See you at the end of March and you can judge who was right. Laters.

Waiting you are quite right. Stu has probably had over a hundred posts on HEMO and never once has he ever said a positive word about the company. Deramper, trader, shorter whatever, best filtered and ignored.

Although most of us thought HEMO were ‘fully funded’ the reality is they did a placement and are now relatively cash rich. It’s certainly not the end of the world as some are making out, on the contrary, I see it as a major positive as HEMO can now progress CBR in parallel to CAR-T and bring it to the clinic much faster than previously thought. As for the SP, I’d ignore it. It’ll soon bounce back next week and beyond as we enter a news rich period. For those that are ****ed off with Vlad or have lost faith in the science it’s not difficult, just sell up and move on. For those that do wish to wait, I’m very very confident you’ll be well rewarded especially with CBR work being accelerated and HEMO CAR-T on schedule for IND. Enjoy the weekend.

Trek we can all play the my dick is bigger than yours in biotech investments. For example over the past few years I’ve solely invested in them but have gone all in on one at a time, NCYT, SNG and Hemogenyx. NCYT I was in just over £1 and sold closer to £4, SNG I bought at 34p and sold at £2. So with the greatest respect I’d say you’re talking *******s regarding HEMO. People will make vast sums of money long before phase 2 trials and if CBR in vivo results are positive even more, a great deal more. There’s minimal risk at this price in this investment. Only time will show who’s right. Glad you’re sitting it out.

So to be clear, Hemogenyx move into a brand new purpose built laboratory complete with two certified clean rooms to manufacture their own CAR, and run three identical PQ runs for HEMO CAR-T and RNS each one to say they have been successful. This is no surprise as the team, headed by Vlad comprises Sir Marc Feldmann and David Shepard who between them are responsible for bringing two of the top five best selling drugs to market. Aided by Stuart Tinch was appointed as Director of Quality, who brings with him over seven years of GMP (Good Manufacturing Process) with him and by Dr Koen van Besien who joined as Medical Director, who is Chief of the division of Haematology and Head of the Wesley centre for Immunotherapy at University Hospitals Seidman Cancer Centre, a cellular therapy facility that generates CAR-T and CAR-NK. Behind this team are Penn University who are collaborating with Hemogenyx and who are arguably the world leaders in bringing CAR-T therapy to market. Before you get too excited though, one word of caution. Stu thinks there are problems and the SP will crash. Decisions decisions lol.

People are raising a good point. Part of the criteria of getting the bio defence grant was for the company to match it. Grant of up to 4m..raised 4m. Coincidence? Looking good imo.

Now my emotions have died down my thoughts are as follows. If someone had said at the beginning of January the Hemogenyx SP would double, they would have around £10m in the bank, all CAR-T PQ runs would be successful and that they would release outstanding news on CBR progress I would have bitten their arm off! Furthermore we are one month further forward, IND application, clinical trials and CBR in vivo results are imminent and for those with cash in their ISA’s you have the chance to buy at placing price without paying tax of profit like those who participated will. Sure we all could have sold above 4 and bought more shares but in my opinion we’ll soon get back there and well above. Personally I’ve added 400k shares to my holding at the placement price as I can only see good news ahead from here. As always just my opinion. GLA

Bad news it was leaked to the likes of Sunny. Now we know why it dropped from over 4p. Expect a drop back down to 2.5 before bouncing back up.

Pawn that would be fine except our Chairman is actually Sir Marc Feldmann. Peter Redmond is a non exec director.

Personally not bothered about the volatility in the SP, it’ll go up just as fast as it goes down. 45 trading days till the end of March and financial report. In that time I fully expect Hemogenyx to be a clinical company, CBR to have been proven to work on multiple live viruses and at least one partner signing up with some up front revenue. Happy to wait. Tick tock.

Although we had the PQ runs I always thought January would be a quiet month for Hemogenyx, but here we are around 180% up due to a fantastic CBR RNS, which shows how much I know lol. We now have 5 trading days left before we enter the short month of February and what I’ve been waiting many months for. Firstly we’ll have the CAR-T IND and the clock will start ticking down from 30 days for Hemogenyx to become a clinical company. Obviously far less if the FDA designate it a breakthrough therapy or grant it fast track approval. We’ll also have the lab results for CBR for their in vivo live virus tests. Then we have March where Hemogenyx should be commencing human trials and actually saving peoples lives, and this hopefully followed by the allocation of a $4m bio defense grant. Personally I can’t wait to see what our mcap is in 2 months time. All I can guarantee is it will be multiples of todays. All in my opinion of course.

Micky Frustrated as you are be aware this churn is good. The more people sell with an average under 2p and are replaced by people with an average of 3.5p and over the better, especially before any of the major news. Be aware that all the PQ runs have done is to reduce the risk of our investment. If you’re looking for a major rerate then you should be looking for IND submission, clinical trials, CBR in vivo results and even the potential bio-defense grant of $4m, as well as any partnershipsor collaborations that might be announced. Stay patient, not long to wait now.

It’s a phenomenal achievement for Hemogenyx to finally finish their pre clinical work on HEMO CAR-T. Now we wait for IND which I’m certain will be no more than 3 weeks away. Then, still in Q1 they can embark on the journey to save their first lives in clinical trials. This alone will give their CAR-T product a value well in excess of $160m. Two other product candidates in Hu-PHEC and their CDX bi-specific antibody should take their mcap to over £200m. And, if expected, CBR is a cure for all known viruses, as well as potentially a new treatment for Cancer then we all have the potential to be very wealthy individuals. CBR in vivo tests should take around 3 weeks and they started at the beginning of this month so not long to wait for proof of concept, then sparks will fly between II and partners wanting to join the party. So my advice, ignore the current SP, enjoy the moment and trust the science. It’s purely just a matter of time before all are rewarded. All in my opinion.

Stu the PIND was delayed due to Covid. Since then the FDA have moved to an online process so no meetings are required. Hemogenyx have been in regular contact with them ever since to ensure their IND application is successful.
