Mr India, I didn’t say you have to wait until January to get any news, I said see where the SP is in January. It’s my expectation that from now until the end of December we’ll initially get an update on CDX, we’ll then get an update on the CBR in-vitro results and either before or after CBR we’ll get an RNS on the CAR-T IND application as clean rooms are fully certified and the manufacturing runs are well underway.

Mr I have you ever bothered to contact Hemogenyx to actually find out what’s going on or are you happy to listen to supposition and rumour? Forget the past, there’s nothing we can do about it. Focus on this quarter and moan again in January if you still feel the need to.

Although I’m as frustrated as anyone with the performance of Hemogenyx over recent months I think the waiting is almost over and I certainly wouldn’t write off this year just yet Micky. I fully expect the SP to be higher at the end of this year than what it was at the beginning, and that’s a substantial uplift on these levels. I certainly think we’ll all feel better going into next year. Just my opinion.

In answer to your questions, no I’m not going to sell any until well into next year. Yes I still have confidence that they’ll eventually deliver and rerate accordingly. Vlad does read this board by the way but yes I’m endeavouring to contact them to underscore my frustration.

Bottom line is we’re still waiting for the CDX master cell line to be completed that was promised in July. We’re 7 months in since HEMO said they were conducting in vitro tests for CBR and we’re still waiting and they applied for pre IND for CAR-T in September 2021 and we still have no idea when the actual IND application is going to be submitted. And Vlad has the audacity to say majors work too slowly. Honestly I’ve no idea what they are actually doing. Complete shambles!

The problem with this stock is not multi fold, it’s because of one single thing, Vlad. He ****ed up the convertible loan, he ****ed up the placing and he has promised many things that he has consistently failed to deliver. On top of this his condescending and arrogant approach and total disregard for shareholders and shareholder value has left us all in a state of wondering. Until he actually DELIVERS something with substance, something tangible for any of the three product candidates my fear is we’ll be stuck here for weeks or months to come. That’s not to say they won’t but as he thinks it’s his own private little company the first we’ll know about it is in an RNS. Personally the next one is like to see is a new CEO. Just my personal opinion.

HT critical of someone prediction something incorrectly, again. From the man who said Vlad would never do a Webinar, and he did. The man who said all interims were released on a Friday only to be told the last two years they were released on a Wednesday and a Thursday, to then come back and say you meant they would DEFINITELY be released on the 30th, only for them to be released on the 29th lol. Honestly give up, there’s only so much a person can take lol.

Great summary as always JHFH. What I would add is we do not know what stage CBR is actually at. For all we know the ‘excellent progress’ could mean results for testing on a live virus could be imminent. I know for sure Hemogenyx had allocated millions of dollars to progress it and of even more interest is the BIODEFENCE angle. Remember Vlad tweeted HEMO will be involved, not if or maybe WILL. With a potential $4m grant to add to the £6m that would be nearly £10m in the bank. Not bad for a £12m mcap company, you could call them cash rich and as you see from our government the last thing you need in this climate is to be raising money and Hemogenyx certainly won’t be.
Coupled with this we have a very strong possibility of a forthcoming IND application and clinical trials for CAR-T with the added bonus facilities and staff are already in place to manufacture the product themselves. A CDX partner to be named to progress through IND and clinical trials so as not to dilute funds and staff away from the main focus of CBR and CAR-T and finally an update due on their extensive Lupus work in collaboration with Eli Lilly. What’s not to like? Good luck to all those in a position to buy and hold, like me :)

To be a little more serious, it’s a positive update on all three fronts..as I predicted. The only stand out for me was CBR for viral infections..and BIODEFENCE. That’s been included for a reason!

The one thing I take from it is that HT really does know **** all about anything. Maybe do some research before opening your mouth? Just a thought.

I heard you the first time. Good progress doesn’t necessarily equate to a well run company with a mcap to match, as we have seen.

Oops you are right 500k was indeed a typo. Bottom line is they’re all worth a lot more than the current market cap and we have at least three throws of the dice. And Mr Misery aka HT, or course they could be out sooner than Friday. Like all these things it’s how quickly the auditors sign them off, and the only reason they came out on the 30th last year was that they were all on holiday.

I’m not bothered whether you or if fact anyone agrees with me. What I do think about is the potential. CDX, after the Eli Lilly milestones are deducted should be worth around $500k to Hemogenyx, CAR-T which is 100% owned around $1bn and IF CBR (again 100% owned) is adopted by the US military and government (which would be a template for all other governments), it would be off the scale, a far bigger rerate than any Covid vaccine company. The allocation of a grant would be the first positive sign. I’m happy to wait!
