Mr I yes I know who the seller is. Yes they’re taking a colossal loss, pretty sure he or she is nearly done. Their choice to sell, doesn’t matter to us what the reason was. Each to their own.

Mr India my personal opinion is there will be no news this year. I may be wrong but do with that what you will. As I’ve said before though this is not a team sport it’s based purely on the individual. Your call.

I’d advise anyone not to worry about the large sells. The fact of the matter is some investors have overstretched and simply run out of time and are reducing their holdings. I’m pretty sure I know who is selling and it’s no reflection on Hemogenyx, it’s just personal circumstances. Just one delay too many for some who were waiting for news this quarter not next.

Mr India It’s my understanding that Hemogenyx have recently had valuations made on their product candidates and do not think the current valuation of the company is realistic, and totally fails to recognise the scientific progress that has been made, especially over the last two years. As to when they expect value to be properly realised that’s simple, Q1 2023. Why is this? Firstly there will be the CAR-T IND application and commencing clinical trials. This alone will be the inflection point for Hemogenyx as a company and is highly likely to be successful. They have tremendous confidence in the product. Secondly I also believe there will be a major development with their CDX antibody in Q1 as well. Thirdly I believe that there will also be an announcement that CBR works with a live virus, coupled with the decision on a $4m grant that will be made on the 21st March next year. Therefore it’s my opinion that Hemogenyx will be far closer to a mcap of £200m than the current £15m by the end of Q1 next year. Bear in mind certain announcements may be sooner than I expect but considering historic delays, that’s what I’m aiming for.

I’m sure it will be covered by Vlad next week but my understanding is that CAR-T is on schedule and looking good for clinical trials. With 30 days from INad application I believe Hemogenyx should be a clinical company in Q1. That’s when we get the rerate we’re looking for. Not long now.

Sorry to hear some of the stories today and deepest sympathies are with you. However I’m afraid HT is right, every time Vlad speaks the SP ends up lower. Having seen the presentation I wouldn’t expect anything positive to happen in the short term. For me it’s now all about Q1.

Waiting I’d advise you contact their broker and get details of the Zoom call that Vlad is doing for investors.

Digitt you are being disingenuous at best. Vlad has repeatedly stated there will be no fund raising until next summer at earliest. They are fully funded through phase 1 clinical trials of CAR-T and the next step of CBR. Partners will progress CBR and CDX in parallel. Vlad is coming over purely to present the latest corporate presentation to existing holders and many of us have already seen it. And it has NO funding!

For what it’s worth Mr I HEMO themselves believe they are not far away from having a mcap of £200m. That’s where JHFH and myself get our confidence from and people can either believe it or think it’s farcical, it matters not to me.

Everyone has their own pressures in life, some overstretch some take profit, some think the grass is greener elsewhere. The important thing is to focus solely on your own situation and your own investment. IF you think this will will rerate and it’s a matter of when then make your decision accordingly. Don’t focus on others, over 80% will be losing money so focus on yourself and where YOU will be in Q1.

Surely the important thing to take out of today is that it was a successful run, so who cares what the SP is today? Bearing in mind Hemogenyx can commence clinical trials 30 days from IND submission, subject to the FDA having no objections (which is unlikely), so worst case scenario is we’re looking at Hemogenyx being a clinical company in Q1 at latest. With peer level work being valued in excess of £150m what’s not to like? Highly likely we’ll hear about progress on CBR and CDX in parallel both of which are major in their own right, I really don’t understand why people are worried about today. Unless you want to sell your holdings today, focus on the weeks and months ahead. Or I suppose you’re entitled to moan and whine everyday until then..good luck with that!

Interesting post Tilly, thanks. Think those that can will certainly hold for another 5 or 6 months to see some real value but that being said the stock should continue on a gradual rise over the coming weeks so hopefully we’ll have a mcap in excess of 30m by the time they announce CAR-T clinical trials then it could go to anything. A £4m CBR grant and a major CDX announcement in parallel should see us end Q1 in excellent shape. Long overdue for holders!

Dhub I agree, premium paid of 1.75 so I think certain to open blue and highly likely to break 2p in the run up to CAR-T IND. With a potential dual listing of NYSE Euronext that can only increase global visibility and volume hopefully happier days ahead.

Worth noting the work Hemogenyx did for Jannsen was developing their drug development model. As Vlad once said, Hemogenyx are small but powerful and continue to punch way above their weight. I would guess there’s an exciting announcement coming for CDX, and CAR-T, and CBR. No idea when and what order but I’d think next week is highly probable for our first piece of news. IMO it’s a hold and accumulate. GLA.

People should realise it’s not the NYSE stock exchange it’s the NYSE Euronext that Vlad referred to, and they have different entry requirements. I would anticipate they’d look at entry via the Access or Access + requirement which also have three different segments of entry, with compartment C of under $150m being there specifically for start ups and SME’s. That’s my take on it anyway.
